   The staff was extremely rude. I was humiliated and even mocked because of my choice of drink by a girl particularly. I have this drink regularly at different Nero branches, and I would never have expected this kind of behavior from the staff at this one. Like she is thinking her knowledge about coffee is more important than a choice and needs of customer. It’s really disgraceful!

   Kind of understand why there are all negative reviews. I know it’s hard to locate the store but it is at the negative 3rd floor, which can be accessed via both escalators and lifts. The pros is the store is not busy and the staff and the atmosphere are so nice.

   While the food and drinks I recommend, the store it self I cannot during times of heat. It is unbearably warm both in the customer area, let alone behind the counter where the staff are working in what must be 40c heat, with woefully inadequate air condition for a sub level mall location! All I can recommend is takeaway if you can withstand the heat while ordering which is still very uncomfortable until this is sorted. Real shame as the store layout and staff are great and frankly without Caffè Nero the lower mall would not exist including the other food vendor next to it.

   Located in Crossrail Place building. It is well signposted as -3 next to M&S and Subway. There are many ways to get here. A) From Elizabeth Line ticket halls both ends, look for escalator going up to -3. B) Near the middle of Crossrail Place is the main entrance for Barry’s and Everyman Cinema and go down to -3. C) Many of the Crossrail Place lifts will go down to -3. The Store has the usual range of drinks but limited for food. Hopefully this might improve as it gets busier. Staff here are friendly and efficient. Range of seating from tables for two, larger table for 4 and high counter top seating. Power sockets dotted around and free Wi-Fi (Sky/The Cloud) is not too bad. Able to receive a Vodafone mobile signal. Music not too loud. No toilet facilities but a short walk away on the same floor is the public toilet.

   As yet few people know this place, just above the Elizabeth Line ticket hall, exists. As a result it's a good option when everywhere else in Canary Wharf is crowded. Has the usual Caffe Nero fare. Some tables are outside the shop, so in the mall area.

   This new Nero Express(Caffe Nero) at LEVEL -3 Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf is a bit bigger than the Jubilee Place branch. It has more comfortable seats and plugs for computer connections. Moreover, it is very convenient to come here from the Elizabeth Line ticket hall. It is very nice to buy your coffee on the go or take a rest, have your coffee with friends in the shop.
