    Love this place. Homey. Real. Good prices, it's my favorite kind of place, so happy I found it :) got the soup of the day (lentil YUM!) with some bread for less than a fiver. This is the kind of place that makes me feel....at home :) better about life :)

    The ‘freshly made’ pancakes were so tough it was hard to cut them with my knife and fork. I had to eat them because I was so hungry (and I paid 10 quid for them) but it was a chore. Pancakes are supposed to be light and fluffy but these were like eating rubber. The red bush tea was nice though.

    Tasty’s cafe is always a tasty experience! I’ve been to tasty’s 4 times and I’ve been satisfied every time. They have a wide range of different dishes to choose from which all come of a consistent quality. I had the burger and chips, which for what you’re paying for were very nice. Hot chips and burger, yes most likely frozen but it’s to be expected and still enjoyable. My friend had a spaghetti bolognese which they enjoyed and couldn’t finish because there was so much, yet very content with what they had. They also had a milkshake which they loved. One concern of mine was that the spaghetti bolognese cost £10 whereas on the menu it said £8.50. I’m not sure why this discrepancy occurred. I only confirmed this matter today when looking at the menus price against the price I paid. I wasn’t too bothered over £1.50 however maybe the menu needs to be updated and maybe it’s worth checking your bill to be certain. Overall, it’s okay value for money, okay food, but a very nice establishment with polite and efficient staff, and I’d recommend for the experience.

    Excellent food. Good filling portions and very friendly staff! What more could you want. Always busy because food so good and varied. Large menu and even does wines and beers! Beautiful liver dinner!
