   Myself and my partner instructed MS Law to be our conveyancing solicitors. As first time buyers, when we requested the initial quote, we asked MS Law whether they will be committed to providing regular updates and also, explain any legal processes in layman terms. MS Law confirmed that they have had first time buyers in the past, and they can make the process easier for us by fulfilling the requested above. This was a major factor in us intrusting MS Law over other solicitors in the local area. We were assigned Saad as our solicitor, and Saad definitely fulfilled the above request. Saad was able to assist with any queries, and clarify on any points we weren't 100% sure on. Saad was contactable via email and phone, providing regular updates and instructions on the next steps. Also, any issues that were raised were quickly rectified. It took approx. 3 months to complete the purchase of our first property, and the final weeks were extremely efficient and smooth. A huge thank you from both myself and my partner to Saad and MS Law for their work, time and effort to help us purchase our first property.
