   I was referred to AutoCare through a friend to fix some considerable rear bumper damage and a wing mirror that was hanging off. Billy and the team were amazing - squeezing me in at short notice the week before Christmas and doing a perfect job on the repair. The car looks as good as new and was turned around in less than a week. I will never go anywhere else for a repair and would recommend Auto Care to anybody for any repair works needed.

   Small job to repair the wing on my Red Audi S5. Absolutely made up with the paint job they have done to return my car back to its best. Car looks brand new. Customer service was excellent with great communication throughout. Couldn’t do enough for us. Top it all car was returned cleaned inside and out with a lovely smelling air freshener. Massive thank you to you all. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends and use again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Absolutely brilliant service! The guys answered all questions, kept me Upto date and couldn’t have pushed things through any quicker! The car is immaculate and there is no way you’d be able to tell anything had happened. Highly recommend to anyone who needs bodywork, an insurance claim etc. Lindsey is an absolute star, put up with me ringing and mithering so customer service is also top notch along with the repairs!

   This is a first class company. The service from start to finish was impeccable. A quick and easy quote, a nothing is a problem attitude and if you want a company that goes that extra mile, Auto car repair centre is that. They were very patient, sympathetic and accommodating. They even arranged a courtesy car for me, as I have three children, which was immaculate. My car came back, like it was brand new, the body work was excellent and interior immaculate.    Absolute spot on. I reversed my A3 Sportback into a lamppost and caused significant damage to the rear end/bumper. Everything completely sorted and spotless. Even kept the car overnight for me as I couldn’t get there to collect when it was ready. All staff unbelievably helpful both onsite in person to the ones who dealt with me on phone sorting my quote out. Valet carrier out on it after work was outstanding the best one I’ve seen. If I’m unfortunate enough to need work doing again I’ll only be going here. Highly recommend.

   This review is for my Mum's Mobility car, that went in for a replacement headlight and bonnet respray, following a minor dink in a carpark. The quality of the work is very good and the delivery driver that brought the car back, was a gent. That's about all, on a positive note. The customer service and communication or more specifically, the lack of, was shocking. In total, they had the car for 8 weeks and 3 days. It was collected the day we went on holiday, with a vague hope of picking it up around the time we returned , although this was not promised. On our return, we called to check progress to be told that the headlight hadn't arrived from France and they had an issue in their spray booth. Neither issue was really their fault and having worked in automotive, I understood how these things can occur. What followed was 8 weeks of no updates, until we called and with each call, another problem. Even getting an appropriate courtesy car, was hard work. Is there workmanship good? Absolutely, can't fault it. Sadly, the customer service, critical for someone in my Mum's situation, was appalling. I just can't, in all faith, recommend them, on that alone. A slight edit, having discussed with Mum, after she had a call from the garage: There were a few calls, over the last 2-3weeks but that was all and probably as a result of the constant complaints.
