Awful climbing. I went with my son and partner. My son has autism so i thought something like this he'd enjoy. I told staff my son had autism so to spectate carefully. How wrong was I. The first wall he climbed on he came down and wacked his head as he couldnt figure out how to get down properly even after watching the safety video. I went mad as he wasn't being supervised, theres not much i can do due to lack of visability standing behind the rails and not being aloud behind them. I asked is there any chance kids can put helmets on due to the matter and they said they cant due to health and ssfety if the helmet gets caught etc. Yet the harnesses have more chance of being caught! I was also told it was MY JOB as a parent to keep an eye on my child! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. It is your iob to do this. It is understaffed yet over capacitated with kids. If you cant watch them AS YOUR JOB, you shouldnt be doing this role. Considering a 12 year old boy was unalived here years ago, you'd think the helmets would apply everywhere!! This is the lady i was pissed at and thats my son behind her. This is a video. And i filmed my son hitting his head and no one else noticed. When i informed staff, they wasnt bothered! I just kept getting starred at for going mad which i had every rights too. They are too busy standing around chit chatting to eachother rather than watch peoples babies stay safe !! Shocking and this is what our membership goes on?!

We had a great time, came with a 12 yo and two 10 yo. Got a 2 for 1 deal, so it was very cheap. Only 8 climbers, so we didn't have to wait to climb. I THINK there were 12 or so routes. The kids were able to go two at a time and 'race' each other on most walls. Staff were very friendly, helpful & chatty.

Booked climbing at Snowdome Tamworth. No proper rock climbing wall if that’s what you’re looking for. They don’t specify that on website. It’s a children’s playground and not really suitable for adults. I walked in and out disappointed

We've tried many clip n climb style centres and this is the worst. It's shoe horned into the entrance foyer of the snowdome, no space for spectators and no proper area for getting ready or safety briefings. It is also on of the more expensive. There were far too many climbers for the small space and not enough walls, so a lot of waiting for walls which were appropriate to the climber. A couple of the staff were attentive and helpful with swapping belays but one just stood watching my son struggle until another staff member stepped in. We'll stick with the local leisure centres both for facilities and service.

Nice staff, but one of the smallest clip and climbs I have taken the kids to. Very expensive for what you get

Great evening out. Suitable for kids as well as adults. Paid for half an hour and it was just right as going up the escalators a few times is enough. Spent some time with drinks, so overall time there was about 2hrs and 30 mins.
