This café is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with great window seating that makes it a perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the street vibe outside. The toasted sandwich was outstanding—beautifully crisp on the outside, generously filled, and perfectly melty inside. You can tell real care goes into both the ingredients and the preparation. The small side of chutney added a great balance of sweetness and depth, and paired perfectly with the sandwich. The coffee was just as impressive: smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made by someone who knows what they’re doing. Overall, it’s the kind of place that gets the details right—great food, great coffee, and a comfortable, welcoming feel. Easily a spot I’d come back to again and again.

Really friendly staff, a great atmosphere, and amazing coffee. Very big fan of the mugs the coffee is served in as it makes the place feel very homely! I will definitely be visiting again.

Not one to waste food I tried my best to finish this extremely burnt breakfast bagel. Server did not come over to check on how it was going hence low rating as well. Such a shame as the food here is usually ok. Probably will not return

The word is correct. These bagels are special, precious, beautiful things. What a wonder the one with egg and American cheese with special sauce and the addition of a potato latke is. Just utter breakfast deliciousness in five or six bites… depending on how big your mouth is. I would go as far as saying this is up with the best breakfast meal you will find anywhere in our wonderful capital city right now. Make the trip down to Ladywell for it.

Decent breakfast, decent coffee. They do epic bagels but have to get here before 12pm to sample that. I heard the banana cake is good too. Staff are nice, overall food is pricey but really filling.

Used to be a fantastic café to go on a Saturday morning, grab a sausage roll, sit in for some breakfast. But now there's no more sausage rolls... :(

A bit overpriced for local brunch- not very filling. Good pastries. I draw the line at pea "guac", which needs to be more explicit on all of the menus.

What a waste of a nice outing. Coffee was okay albeit both very small but the food highly overpriced and you definitely do not get your moneys worth. I ordered the quesadilla which was the most expensive thing on the menu at almost 9£ and is meant to be simple comfort street food. I got the tiniest plate with the tiniest 3 triangles with the least filling you can imagine. The wrap was raw NOT toasted, the cheese in it was not melted and there was just so very little of the mushroom mixture in it. On the side, the chimmichurri - just chopped parsley with way too much oil which actually soaked the quesadilla - and salsa where completely tasteless. We were very disappointed especially because it’s such a simple dish to get right and the amount of money we paid for it. Same for the toastie supposedly meant to have marmite caramelised onions as well as cheese but not much of it. Very stingy place. Don’t go if you value what you spend the little extra money you have on, totally not worth it. The pastries did look nice but 5£ for a cinnamon bun!

Great coffee and small, quality menu with a cosy terrace. Can get busy on a weekend as expected, but the staff are always very accommodating and allowed me to charge my phone whilst I stayed.
