Atmosphere and decor are great, very warm and inviting, but a great shame the experience and food needs love and attention. The turkey and yorkshire pud roll was tough like leather, which I suspect might have been microwaved to death, and had little to no flavour. The Chai latte seemed pretty on par with most cafes. Seating was poorly aramged, crammed and hard to navigate around the outer parts, and really needs some thought by the owners as I see assistants really struggling to wade through to tables. I wouldn't holistically say not recommended, but stick to well known foods, cakes, drinks, and avoid peak times if you're not in the mood for wading through tables like you're cutting your way through a dense jungle. Price for what I recieved is definitely over evaluated.

Beautiful aesthetic, lovely food, and delicious coffee. For those who are allergic to milk, they do offer alternatives like soya and oat, but they charge an extra 60p for these options. Which feels a bit unfair to people who canβt have cowβs milk. This alone is one star less for me. On top of that, I was told I couldnβt eat any takeaway food inside, even though I had already ordered coffee as a customer. I can somewhat understand this policy because of the aesthetic and vibe of the place, but it felt quite inconsiderate towards my little sister, who hadnβt eaten since breakfast and was told not to have her lunch despite being hungry. Not very understanding, to be honest.

I really liked it. I ordered this dish, it looked beautiful, and it tasted even better. The sauce is so tender, the egg is perfect, the bread is crispy, just awesome. The staff is very nice, they explained everything, helped with the choice. The atmosphere is good, quiet, calm. I will definitely come back again.

Zeb was extremely attentive, and greeted us immediately upon arrival. Anastasia, Zoha and Alena were at the front of house; and greeted us with a smile. Food was served in ample time and the quality of the food was very high and of course tasty. Everything was fresh. The Key lime pie smoothie is a must to try. Most recommend. Very refreshing and cooling in the hot weather. The Big brekkie was most definitely very appetising and fun to eat. Turkish eggs was a twist of flavoursome ingredients. We will definitely be visiting again. Well done to all staff, keep up the good work.

Stopped by to get a coffee. Ordered iced latte and cappuccino along with a croissant and chocolate twist. Loved the taste, the ambience and the service. Only downside was that it was expensive, wanted to try the other food options but didnβt feel them worth the price

Salted caramel latte was extremely good including this smoothie. Improvement would be if the menu was halal. Staff was extremely friendly !

I usually do shopping in Ilford shopping mall. Noticed this cozy and authentic place. Very helpful and positive staff. Absolutely delicious latte and hot almond croissant with whipped cream. I paid Β£6 but it was worth every single penny. Highly recommend if you are a real coffee lover. I definitely will visit them again!

I did find the menu limited in terms of changing breakfast items. I did ask to change two meat items for smoked salmon but was first told no as smoked salmon is expensive (but this was untrue as actually cheaper than the two items together) and then got told they don't have much salmon so I couldn't have that as an option. I then decided to order eggs with toast with salmon at extra cost and received a huge amount of salmon. Absolutely flabbergasted at this! Anyway food was ok but I when I'm eating out, it's all about the service for me too. My friend asked for water after we received our food and was told where she could get it. Anyway I've tried it and thought price was bit high. The actual cafe is pretty but that's about it. An annoying fly did keep disturbing me and was surprised being indoors on a 2nd floor mall! It's good to try places out and would rate it 5/10. Staff could do with customer service training, after all it is part of the hospitality industry.. My meal was Β£10.20. This did not include any drinks and my tea was Β£2.90. Quite pricey for Ilford in my opinion.
