Janice was always very helpful and supportive in every way together with Jodie too. Unlike other large companies who often are only interested in making money and income generating- we were lucky to always have Jeremy and his team who were caring about their client and realising what a very difficult and stressful situation it is. She was always available when I had questions, and unlike many solicitors, responds promptly to emails and she actually answers her phone and takes your call instead of letting it go to voicemail.    I recently worked with Kristel on my property purchase, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. The transaction was on the verge of collapsing because my previous solicitor quit without notice and had zero progress for 3 months. Kristel stepped in, acted quickly, and took control of the situation. She paid attention to details and kept fantastic communication with all parties involved, managing to get everything back on track.    I instructed this company to undertake conveyancing on a BTL property. They under paid SDLT to HMRC, but took the correct amount from me. They spotted this error 12 months later and did not inform me. I received an interest tax demand from HMRC which when confronted with they said they knew nothing about. Only after months of further investigation with ourselves and HMRC did they finally admit the error. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

   This firm recently handled a case for me that was very distressing. Mr Jeremy Parker was an excellent source of advice even before they took my case on and provided reassurance and expert counsel throughout the entire process. He kept me appraised of the case as it developed and constantly offered his advice and guidance in order to reassure me about any concerns I had. I hope never to need their services for a matter like this again but if I do, I would definitely go back here.
