Plagued the life out of me by cold-calling me from TEN different phone numbers! Automated message said they had information to suggest I was due up to £5000 compensation for car finance. I have never once had car finance or any form of personal loan in my life. Having blocked their series of Manchester, Bolton and 0333 numbers - I contacted them directly and told them to stop harassing me. I was told that they had an agency acting on their behalf. I told them that if this was the case then they were responsible for their agents. I was given an apology and assured that I would not be contacted again. I have since received two further cold-calls from the same company for the same false reason - from two further numbers. If this is a legitimate company (?), then they are operating very invasive business practices. They are clearly of very doubtful integrity - having lied to me about my entitlement to make a claim and by assuring me that they will stop calling me when clearly they have not. If this harassment continues, I will seek appropriate legal action. There is no place in society for these mercenary parasites.

It’s nearly 12 month since I asked this company to claim married tax allowance. I was told hmrc had put a hold on all claims because they were inundated with claims. I have just spoken to hmrc and they say this is not the case. A payment had been issued on the 14th of February 2023. It’s now nearly the end of July 2024. I have just spoken to Goldman knightly the guy on customer service was unhelpful in every respect, I would not touch this company again with a barge pole untrustworthy and holding on to payments so they can screw you for interest as well as extortionate fees avoid like the plague.

My disabled father who is 76 years old .Who you approached regarding a marriage allowance rebate has been messed about and treat appallingly by your company. We know from HMRC that you have received the money in June but you have not paid the money on to him. You take a large fee but don't seem happy with that you seem to withhold the whole amount. We have phone you on many occasions to be told a different story every time Please anyone thinking of using this company think very careful you may never receive you rightful intitlement

I received a cheque from Goldman Knightley in October 2022 but when I tried to pay it into my bank account it was returned! No explanation was given and I didn't receive an explanation from them. Since then I have rung them nearly every day and left messages and I have emailed them. Two weeks ago I actually had a phone call telling me that the cheque was returned because it was made out for the wrong amount and as soon as they were able to speak to the supervisor I would have my money paid straight in to my bank account. Two weeks on no money, no explanation and no response to yet more phone calls and more emails and messages. I really don't know how to resolve this matter. Can anyone advise me please

I appreciate without them I would never have even pursued a settlement, but I am far from impressed with everything that has happened after that point! Between missing letters, outright lies, failures to meet self imposed deadlines and then a complete lack of transparency on costs, I'm regretting the whole thing. And I get the feeling I either sign and accept the less than 50% that they are offering after they have taken their "fees" or I get nothing as they won't answer my calls.
