Avoid this firm at all costs !! I can see many others have had a horrendous experience as well. My family and I have had the misfortune of having them deal with my grandmas estate and for what has been a truly tragic and heartbreaking time already after losing her, they have made it a million times worse and we will be taking this matter further they are an absolute joke and should not be able to handle such sensitive matters. Debbie leventhall who we’ve had to deal with has been TERRIBLE and is going against the wishes of the majority beneficiaries. Despite 2 out of 3 of the beneficiaries of the estate making it VERY clear a property should be kept in the family for sentimental reasons she is insisting it be put on the market and has been showing strangers around when all of my grandmas personal belongings are still in there. A disgusting heartless firm and this will not be the end of the matter.

I can't speak highly enough about these solicitors. They came highly recommended to myself and I understand why. All staff were warm and friendly and put you at ease. The service I received was next to none and I'd be in much worse of a predicament if it wasn't for their advice, time and effort towards my case.
Wouldn't recommend. As others have experienced, we constantly had to chase everything up and there was never a sense of urgency when it mattered. We also had problems transferring money to their client account because they bank with Handelsbanken, and Halifax didn't recognise their account details.
Absolute horrible service I’ve now lost out on 2 completions of my apartment sale due to Fieldings Poter. Their solicitors are negligent in their work and do not try and push things forward. You pay them for a service and end up doing the work yourself, chasing buyers solicitors etc.
I have had a very negative experience with these Solicitors. They dealt with my fathers Estate in 2007. We thought everything had been sorted On ringing the Land Registry a few weeks ago I was astonished to find they have no record of my dad dying. I got back in touch with Fieldings Porter only to be fobbed off. A truly dreadful service. Avoid like the plague
