   My experience started in 2019 after a serious RTA which wasn’t easy from the start, the amount of work Faruk and Nick have put into my claim is unbelievable! One thing, communication is key and i cannot say one time I have not been able to get hold of one of my solicitors. If they haven’t known the answer to my question they would explain, find out and always call back. Never once been fobbed off. They have been amazing!! Faruk has been my solicitor since the first day, then Nick Berry came onboard. These two have been such a huge help! I haven’t been the easiest of clients for them but they have constantly tried their hardest. 4 years later we had the best result! I couldn’t thank Faruk and Nick enough! Also thanks to the rest of the staff! I would 100% recommend Faruk & Nick. They know exactly what they are doing and I couldn’t have trusted any other people. Thank you so much!!!

   One of the worst law firms I have ever dealt with, I know other law firms are slow but this one takes the lead in ignoring your calls, messages and emails. Absolutely careless attitude. I wish I could give minus stars! Extremely rude staff specially one called Aktar. So unhelpful and have dragged my transaction for almost 5 months and still no progress!!!! Such a waste of time. Stay away at all costs. Honest opinion
