Very easy, helpful team - Kayleigh Harrison led for me and I can't fault her communication. Just under 3 months from instruction to completion. Slowest part was actually the buyer's solicitor. If you get all your paperwork in order and respond quickly to requests, they make everything really easy.

Absolutely first class service. Kayleigh did a fantastic job from start to finish, keeping me informed, chasing up other parties and delivering on her promises. She was able to expedite the completion of my house sale and worked hard to ensure there were no hold ups and explained the process perfectly. If I could rate these solicitors a zero I would. Please read the reviews and avoid the team at all costs. A typical high volume, low charging firm. They were representing the seller on a property that I recently purchased. They almost cost both the seller and myself the sale of the property. My mortgage offer was about to expire and they had still not resolved outstanding enquiries. This left the agent, myself, my solicitor and the seller to agree on the final enquiries so we could complete. It was left so close that we had to exchange and complete on the same day 1 day before my mortgage expired. The best part there was no chain and a keen seller and buyer.
Extremely poor service. They encouraged me to accept their service to deal with a wall insulation case. Gave me false information and made false promises. Very little correspondence or updates for the duration. Whenever I called to speak to a solicitor I was told everytime that they are in a meeting, how many meetings do these guys have. Kept hold of the case for over 3yrs then told me they cannot proceed. I was told they would keep hold the case then say this. Makes me wonder how much money they made from others in my position. Total waste of time these people.
Please avoid at all costs! I made the horrible mistake of using swift lawyers to sell my home. I instructed them in March, with my solicitor being Sumaya Raja. She stopped emailing me in June and had zero contact with the firm, bearing in mind we were due to complete 5th September! I had already paid a deposit to moved out of the property in late August in preparation to complete. I them chased the firm over and over to be told they have just gave my file to Rishi Bhalla. He done nothing, was extremely slow and unresponsive. I would call several times because he was not replying to the buyer and they wanted to pull out because of the delay. He told me 'if you stopped calling then maybe I'd actually be able to do my job'. They was never reachable, never responded to emails or calls, and when they actually answered (very very rare), you was disregarded with lies and empty promises and being spoken to like a worthless client. By this time I had already vacated my property and had to pay for 2 extra valuations as they only valid for 3 months due to the delays. I was extremely stressed, and couldn't afford to pay my mortgage due to paying the extra valuations. Then Rishi left my case and I was assigned Kayleigh Harrison who took about an hour to reply to enquiries that were sent it in August. Within a week of her taking over the case, we had finally completed. Just 3 months too late! I sent a complaint to them which they haven't replied to and am currently in the middle of my case with the legal ombudsman. Please take my advice and avoid! They have cost me 1000s, I became so depressed and stressed during this process. Was not a good experience at all and I wish I read reviews before using them! Super unprofessional!!
Very happy with my experience with swift lawyers! Aysha and Sumaya where very helpful throughout the process, even though everything took forever to go through that was no reflection on swift lawyers but external factors on chain. Both really nice and kept me up to date. The only reason I haven't given 5* is that found it quite difficult to get through on the phone but other than that happy. Thank you
