I highly recommend Rebecca Coles, Rebecca Mannion and Jessica Critchley. They have all provided an excellent service both for selling and buying my properties. Very professional and friendly. I felt very well supported throughout the whole process. Thank you!

I would not recommend at all. I used AFG Law for the sale of our house following a recommendation the estate agent. They were extremely cheap on the first quote (Β£500) and I did wonder how it was possible to deliver the work for that price. It became quite clear that it was due to putting two extremely inexperienced solicitors on the case. I don't mean that as an insult, they were both very friendly and did as much as they could but were inexperience, of their own admittance. We then had a complex matter come up with the property and I spoke to Rahil, one of the supervisors, who I found to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. He lied to me multiple times, attempted to gaslight me and did not like that I asked questions about the process. I was consistently told to 'leave it to the experts' though 'the experts' advised me that it was going to take 2 years and cost Β£2k to resolve the problem that had arisen and when I instead decided to switch lawyers it was resolved for less than half of what they quoted and in just 8 months, which would have likely been even quicker if not for some delays with the other party. I suspect one of two things happened with the quote for the second piece of work, they either over-quoted it because they didn't want my business as I wasn't a nice quiet client or they hook people in with the Β£500 price following the estate agent referral and then look to recoup as much as possible if anything non-standard arises. If you have a super straight forward purchase/sale and are happy to ask no questions and work with inexperienced lawyers you'll probably be okay and you'll get a good price. If you have any level of complexity and you want to be involved in the process, kept up to date and get honest answers to the questions you are asking then, based on my experience, I would not recommend AFG.

AFG law came highly recommend by a member of our family. I was faced with a very difficult and emotional family situation and didn't know where to go and receive the help I needed. The service provided clearly demonstrated the expertise , knowledge and skills delivered by Marie, Rebecca and the ladies on reception . I felt supported throughout by telephone calls, emails and a pre court meeting ensuring that I understood the options available to me. The matter was resovled in a timely manner with a positive outcome. The situation was made so much easier knowing you acted in my best intrests . A huge "Thank you " to you all . I would not hesitate to recommended AFG law or use your services again if required.

Would give 0 if possible. This company was used by the seller and builder of our house in 2021. We are now selling this house and have experienced significant delays regarding a missing piece of paperwork that should have been required - section 38. The builder advised his solicitors (AFG) never informed him this is required or what this was. I have emailed on the 14th October asking for an explanation etc and heard absolutely nothing back. Please don't use, their ethics and quality of their work is poor.

Just used them to sell and buy our house... No communication, no custom service. Endless mistakes we had to rectify ourselves. Rudeness, and solicitors falling out over the house we were buying because of their attitude. Massive bill at the end for the mortgage which they didn't sort, so again we have had to sort it out. Overall shocking, never again will I use these and I will be telling family and friends never to use them...

Just completed our house conveyance today and AFG supported us and ploughed through some complex legal issues..I'm sure it's standard stuff to them but they explained it all and cracked on with it. All completed happily today. I would recommended this company. Particular thanks to Miss Coles.

Beware: Instructed AFG Conveyancers. Both my wife & I gave written authority for net proceeds to be transferred into my bank account. Solicitors from previous house sale supported our request. However, apparently a Director via Solicitor at AFG said their policy does not support our request. I asked where in Law is this written - Their response - Not negotiable.
