   A BIG thank you to Alonso and Haro solicitors. We needed to swap the name of our late father’s property to our names in Spain. Pilar and Alonso made it so easy to understand what was needed and how to go about it. After a short time it was all done. Then a year later we decided to sell the property. Once again Pilar made this so easy for us. Super fast sale. We had great communication between us. Really fair charges , I would use Pilar & Alonso time and time again .    We spoke at length initially with Pilar about the reclamation of a deposit and first stage payment that we had made on an off plan property, which did not go ahead. We were confident at the start that Pilar and her team both in Spain and the UK were going to do their best for us. Pilar herself was able to answer all our questions precisely and confidently. It has been a lengthy process through no fault of Alonso and with very little input from us, just a provision of information from time to time. Recently Alonso have won our case against Santander in the Supreme Court. We cannot thank Pilar and the team enough for their consistent efforts and dedication throughout the process.    I recommend Alonso and Haro without reservation to deal with Spanish property and accounts. If needs seem complicated and the Spanish system lengthy, there is no need to be anxious. Pilar, Marta ( and Manuel indirectly ) were most efficient. Pilar and Marta were always reassuring. Fees were very reasonable. My special thanks are due to Marta with whom I have had the most dealings. She has been unfailingly patient and helpful. Even now, when my business is largely concluded, Marta will deal with my questions willingly in a very generous and knowledgeable way. Such companies and their way of doing business are rare. My sincere thanks.

   We paid deposits for a new build in Spain but the company went bankrupt so we lost our deposits. We thought we would never get our money back but one day we received an email from Alonso and Haro Solicitors saying that they were helping out other people who had lost money with the same company in Spain on a no win no charge. They said that they were claiming the money back from the banks as they should have given a bank guarantee, so we asked them to go ahead but didn't think we would get anywhere. But to our surprise we got all our money back and we couldn't be more thankful to this company for everything that they have done for us and for a job well done, we have given 5 stars but if we could we would give more.    We have used Alonso Haro solicitors on several occasions, firstly after several years banging our heads against a brick wall where other Spanish solicitors failed to get our Spanish home legal.
