Been a regular for years. Previously great service. Since the mother and daughter moved to another venue, things have gone downhill. Tables not cleared, floor and tables dirty, part orders served. Could do with better management. Will mo longer be using it. Sorry.

First and last time I'll use me. Called in to purchase waste sacks to be told you can only buy between 10-2. I enquired where does it inform you of this, to be told the web. Fat lot of good this is when you work 7-3. What really cheesed me off was there was 4 staff. What harm would it has done to get them after all I already pay for a garden recycle bin which at this time year is insufficient.

Love it here. The staff are amazing so friendly prices are brilliant. Unfortunately it is going to be closing its business and not sure if anyone else will take over. Such a shame!
Located inside Swanley Library, this lovely little cafe serves hot and cold drinks and a choice of freshly made sandwiches. The 2 ladies serving are lovely and always have time for a natter. You are also left to enjoy your book.

I brought my friends elderly parents here. They love books etc. The staff were extremely helpful and patient. My friends Father didn't want to go home!
