   Messy, disorganised, and a bit of a let down. Wouldn't choose to come back unfortunately, Starbucks coffee are nice however, its a brand you can trust but on my visit, this branch seemed a bit run down. Not put me of going back to another Starbucks however

   I’m a regular customer here and usually everything is absolutely fine, but there’s one member of staff who just always gets things wrong. The first time ever I was served by him, he got my order completely wrong. Today, he was by himself. I got my usual coffee, but it just tasted absolutely vile, my friend said the exact same thing. Even by looking at the drinks he gave, I could just tell that they weren’t going to taste great.

   This has got to be the most lethargic Starbucks Staff. It’s Saturday 3:30pm and they just can’t be bothered. Took forever for one to turn back from the counter to see that there was a queue building. Then they rolled eyes when I asked for extra hot drink - don’t think I’d be coming back anytime soon. Such disappointment.

   I love dogs but when a barrista pats a customer's dog and then is going straight to serving me, it's just not right. Had to ask them to wash their hands first, which they, luckily, did.

   Terrible terrible terrible experience. If I could give a NEGATIVE star then I would. Me and my friend’s experienced racial discrimination from the manager here. The racism was so blatant and uncalled for that other white customers had to step in and intervene on our behalf. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere ( Cafe Nero further up the street has never disappointed me and is a much better place to put your money).

   absolutely terrible! me and my friends used to love coming here to study until they banned school and college children and the staff refuse to give reason why! This is disgraceful and ridiculous so I honestly would not recommend this store as they are disrespectful! I am honestly disgusted by this as i have never known a coffee shop ban a whole generation with no valid reason for doing so. The discrimination against the younger generation is outrageous in this day and age!

   Went 5/10/2022 at 10am. Amazing team who made me feel so welcome and chatted to me about extras I could add to my drinks. Made my drinks and experience 1000x better! Will be again many times to get my work done for the friendly atmosphere and amazing products.
