   Not was done was happy it passed I drove it home. Then to wake up the next day and my car wouldn’t start. They had messed with my settings and my battery was dead. I called them they said ok leave me your number and I’ll call you back. That was 5 days ago and still no call back. And has now cost me money to get a new battery for my car. Nice one So I’d avoid

   I've been using Kwik fit in Bromborough for approximately 10-15 years I've literally spent thousands there on MOT'S, Services, General Maintenance ,Tyes etc. I booked my MOT online a Month previously and phoned at the beginning of the week to double check everything I was told to drop the Car in anytime between half past and quarter to 10. Being a working man I had to also book a day's holiday to get my car sorted. When I arrived I was told I was, wait for, it Five Minutes late this me arriving at 25 to 10 they told me I was booked in for Half past so I had to rebook for another day . Despite me telling them what I was told on the phone and having to use up a day's holiday and all my years as a regular customer I was still turned away. Awful treatment of not only a regular customer but any customer and a few other phrases come to mind . If this is Kwik fit's new rigid protocol get as many in and out in a day there going to lose more and more customers because they've definitely lost this one.

   Big thank you to the Kwik fit team at Bromborough, I'm not local and live 160miles from Bromborough, I was visiting family on Saturday and notice an issue with one of my rear tyres, this was at 14.00 and had to travel home that evening. Called Kwik fit and by 16.30 2no. new rear tyres had be fitted, again thank you to the guys for getting this done so quickly so I was able to get on my way, really appreciate it.

   Unless I have to visit a main dealer (to keep service record etc.) I always use Kwik Fit in Bromborough and have for many years. I used to use Kwik Fit in Nicholas St, Chester before that but I moved closer to the Brom depot. Their service is always top-notch - and was again this time. Pass on my thanks to the team please.
