This woman on the counter, i don’t understand how she has had this job for so long. She started screaming because I wanted the regular size. Very aggressive like she was trying to intimidate me and trigger a serious reaction. Not sure her name is I think sam. I think she owns this franchise because the way she gets away with this.
This morning I have been served by lady name Sam and she was so rude talking behind my back with her colleague about the way I order my coffee. I felt discrimination as she told me no one ordering coffee like you and I just mentioned that all people all different and I dont see a problem in that. She get mad and refuse to do a coffee she pas to a colleague saying dont put to much syrup is enough for her. I wish this shop would have someone to take care of how people are treated.
Just had an amazing experience with the team in Starbucks Deganham! Srikanth was so kind and helpful, it was the best , kind service I have received in a while anywhere! Had a problem with the app and he sorted everything out for me with no problem at all. I am happy to come again to this store. Very friendly receiving. Thank you
my sister needed to changer her sanitary towel as there were no other toilets available and they would not unlock the door for her unless she paid for something. She leaked through her clothes and ruined some very expensive clothes. Shocking.
Staff are always very polite and respectful to myself and my girlfriend who has become a loyal customer since this coffee shop opened. In addition, staff are very engaging and aim to fulfil your individual requests. This is the most friendly coffee shop in this area for sure!
Very rude lady. I went yesterday with my husband and she refused to serve us frappe's because she had everything washed, ready to go home, even though it was still 45 minutes till closing. I will never ever go back there, she ruined my Sunday.
No china cups all in takeaway which is not helping the environment Difficult to get into toilrts all locked and need to que again to get key Shop needs a refit it's a bit better than last time at least no rubbish on floor
