   I've purchased a house and used this company to help me with it. This is not my first time purchasing a house ,but my very first time using this company. My solicitor was Suman Ali and I must say she is the best solicitor I ve had. She's very fast. We were ready 2-3 weeks prior the exchange date. She rang me one day and explained everything than she said " please think about everything I just said to you and I'll ring you in 2 days and if you have any questions we ll talk about it" and she did ring me in 2 days asking me if I have any more questions. Her work ethics is incredible. The way she communicates is very reassuring too. Thank you.

   I visited this solicitors office with a simple statutory statement to be signed. This was done fine but it wasn’t a particularly pleasant experience. The solicitor that was dealing with me was simply rude and behaved entitled. Not sure why he had to act as I was an inconvenience to him.

   Amazing service from the conveyancing staff at GLP solicitors. Always go above and beyond to help and make the process feel like a breeze. Massive thank you to Ruth and her support staff. Also, thank you to Carol-Ann for her help with writing our wills to include our new property. Very easy process. Couldn't recommend enough! Brilliant service.

   Avoid. I phoned to ask about a service and the cost, they told me they'd call me back and couldn't say when they'd be able to call me in the next few days. The owner responded to my earlier google review saying they pride themselves on customer service (!!) and leaving an email address. I emailed them and the person called Anthony was unable to respond in an intelligibile manner after a few replies. After several emails spelling out what was needed he said he'd send my email to Prestwich. Ruth from the Prestwich branch emailed me to say they don't provide the service requested despite the receptionist checking and confirming they did. A complete waste of time, and the reviews seem to show the truth about their customer service reputation with a total tally of 3.5 stars out of 5.

   I needed a copy of my passport legalised. The first time we were told we could bob in anytime which worked really well and they were very friendly. I called to use this service again and was told someone would get back to me soon which took more than 24hrs. I assume they were just very busy that day.
