   Nightmare to get hold of, never call you back, have to call several times to even get hold of someone and it's never the right person. Fitted a faulty part. Would strongly recommend looking at other garages, it's not worth the hassle. The rest of the work done was OK, the communication is just so terrible.

   Went to take the car in to see what the problem was with my heating, didn’t end up going to my appointment then got a text saying that the job needing doing would cost £700 after they had ‘diagnosed it’ even when they’ve not been near the car. Left a bit of a sour taste.

   Hunted around for a decent Audi specialist and came across these guys. I needed front and rear pads doing and these guys came up with the best quote I found using the brake manufacturer that I wanted. Brakes are working nicely! They guys here were very friendly. Billy is the gentleman that served me and he seemed like a really nice guy. I'll be going back for a major service and then for the cam belt. Definitely would recommend them!
