   Last year I took my vehicle to Chappel Motors for a service and MOT, I was charged £261 and at the time thought it to be high. With that in mind, this year I decided to try and alternative garage in Bootle. I had the exactly the same done and was charged £170?, Yes a difference of £91?. Obviously once bitten comes to mind.

   I have taken my car here for three years now and have had nothing but excellent service. Not only is the quality of the work to a high standard, but the staff are fantastic; friendly, polite and never patronising. As a woman with a small car and no mechanical knowledge very much a cliche, I never feel intimidated or stupid and no job is too small. Highly recommend Phil and his crew, you will struggle to find better!

   I tried here after reading the reviews and being fed up with other garages in the area treating you like an irritation or giving ridiculous quotes. I left my car with Phil and he had it diagnosed and sorted out in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. It was great to deal with somebody who didn't speak to you like an idiot, and the place had a really good atmosphere about it. Brilliant!

   My car was overheating over a bank holiday weekend and I needed to travel back to the Midlands on the Tuesday. Spoke to them on the Tuesday morning and despite being very busy they replaced the water pump for me the same day. Great people.

   The garage carried out some routine work on my Truck a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately a problem developed last week the truck was returned to the garage were remedial work was carried out, the service was fantastic the issue didn't seem to be caused by the maintenance work but all repairs were carried out free of charge. Brilliant service and a garage I would return to and definitely recommend.
