“my son had a flat tyre sat 3/8/24 and didnt know the extent of damage so phoned waterloo tyres for a new replacement they had the tyre in stock for a BMW but when we got there they offered to repair the damage instead it was so cheap thank you so much to the staff they could have charged my son a lot of money with a new tyre but didnt would recomend this garage to anybody good to see there are still people out there not ripping people off cheers!”

The guys are obviously conscientious because after replacing my shock they didn't just assume it was fixed like some places would - they double checked with a test drive and found a rattle from sheared subframe bolt that could have been a real problem. I bet it was a tricky fix and they still got it done in a day. Will definitely use again”

I left my car with Phil and he had it diagnosed and sorted out in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. “I rang Mark up regarding a blocked drain that we have at the rear of our house. I contacted him because his reviews are impressive. They were not wrong! Mark said he would be there within the hour, and he was. He took one look at our problem and explained that the blockage was coming from the sewer. He could have carried out the work there and then, but advised me to phone United Utilities. He explained that this is their responsibility and that they are obliged to do the job at no cost to me. He even gave me their phone number. How is that for honesty!!!! Absolutely amazing and real old school service. I can not recommend Mark highly enough. Give him a call if you have any form of blockage, etc. You will not be disappointed. Top class! Thank you, Mark.”
