   This was, without any doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was treated with complete disrespect by a person who introduced himself as the “manager” and displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. Simply because I politely complained about the long delay of my coffee, I was aggressively ordered to leave the premises. Being spoken to in such a vulgar and authoritarian manner is absolutely unacceptable, especially from someone claiming to represent management. Costa Coffee, you seriously need to reconsider who you place in managerial positions. Managers should not be chosen at random; they should be properly qualified, trained, and capable of basic human communication and respect. What I experienced was embarrassing, hostile, and entirely unworthy of a brand of your reputation. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

   Staff are so kind and friendly. When I had to leave to collect my unwell husband, after not even managing to sit down with my coffee. My drink was transferred immediately to a take away cup, so I could leave to pick him up. Top marks.

   I have visited this Costa many times and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and I’ve always received Costa quality product. Today was no exception. I visited on a Sunday morning with a friend and we and had a coffee and catch up. Once again we were served with welcoming, polite staff and despite it being fairly busy, we didn’t have to wait long and we had a lovely time. I will continue to visit on a regular basis.

   Could be a little cleaner, their Internet was down so only cash and no costa beans credited to your costa card... can't be helped but very inconvenient

   In the beginning, everything was excellent in Costa Coffee. Now nothing is clean, like before, the chairs are dirty, the tables and the toilet smell, and the coffee time is very crowded.

   Amazing helpful and accommodating staff. I am breastfeeding and my baby has a dairy allergy. Julie and Shaun made sure to clean/wipe down everything and communicated with each other so clearly as to not cross contaminate. Very accommodating and very pleasant. Thankyou

   Overall an excelamt place to have a coffee when visiting Swanley Square, however despite the quality certain food items such as the sandwiches have increased in price to what I think to a level of almost a cheap lunch in a cafe, staff are friendly and efficient and sometimes it can become very busy
