Good service. The place is a quiet spot. Some comfable seating, but tables a little low to eat from. Staff briefly played intresting music from past . They chatted to customers they knew nice like that Strawberry over ice was refreshing. Haven't had it before
Dog friendly, that's what I like. Staff super friendly. Free Wi-Fi, oh and the coffee is pretty pretty good too. Better than Nero's, Latte Larry's and Mocha Joe's for those of you that are into Curb Your Enthusiasm! Nice cakes and good selection of hot and cold sandwiches, rolls focaccia bread and wraps. Love the background jazz music too.
Overall, very good. Food selection is pretty good, large range of vegetarian and vegan options. Staff are all incredibly friendly, fast and helpful. Atmosphere was good, nice and relaxed place with plenty of seating and good music playing.
Seemed like the person didn't care at all. Made a mobile order for 4 drinks... 3 of them sat in the back, because the barista I guess finished his shift? And literally just left without saying anything to his coworker. So mobile order took approximately 20 minutes Then got the order incorrect for something that was oat milk related, and the order was for someone with a lactose intolerance. Terrible service.
I wish I was able to give no stars as a review, 1 star does not justfy the poor service. No one picks up the store phone, even though the store is empty. I've given them a few chances, ordering through Ubereats. They have never been able to once provide my order with what I chose. I usually order a max of 3 drinks and yet they always manage to mess the order up by either providing the wrong drinks or given me a drink or two short. The management is poor to say the least, run by people that really don't know what they're doing. Customer service does not exist in their vocabulary. I would definitely NOT recommend this branch. I would advise to try either Cafe Nero or Costa.
I have been to this place it was modern , spacious , clean , tidy and up to date with everything. The coffee and the hot chocolate was tasty , delicious , hot , scrumptious and flavourful because they made with care and appreciation. The staff are friendly , quick , understanding , respectful and reliable which is good. It was pricey but worth every penny , go there and buy your drinks from there and if you don't you will regret it. You will make long life friends in there for good. I have been to buy hot chocolate and it is really chocolate , sweet , tasty and delicious so much that I still remember it to this day. You will even enjoy they caramel wafers and their sandwiches too , so you must try it now.
Honestly one of the most expensive coffee shops in the land, but the new toffee nut latte is a hit with me. The coffee in general tastes great an as a treat worth every penny. Great atmosphere great customer service from this shop nice and warm inside as it was freezing outside.
I love Starbucks coffee but this place put me off so much. With costa, Gails and Nero surrounding, you can see that this place is very quiet while other places are very busy. I am writing this review because I love Starbucks Coffee and I hope that it will improve to meet the standard that it should have. Toilets are not clean and floors are not being cleaned properly and staffs are not paying attention to customers and staffs are not actively doing their jobs. I am sure that this particular Starbucks is not making money to cover its cost when it could have done better. I am worried for this shop and I hope the responsible person would look into the issues as a matter of urgency!!!!
Half a cup of froth. Even after asking them to remove a bit and top up with actual milk. There is never anyone around cleaning the place, always a build up of crumbs and wrappers. Not a very comfortable place to sit and relax. Theres a lot of competition around...
