   First class service from Conan. Fast, efficient and professional. As soon as my insurer approved the quote I was able to drop off my car and work started the same day. The work complete, I have to say it looks as good as the day I picked it up brand new, if not better. Highly recommend!!

   Update: Just to clarify, my review is of CG Autoshop and Conan - not the insurance process. I waited 3 weeks for this bodyshop to take my car in, at no point was I told I was dropping my car off for it to sit around for 18-20 days. When I went to collect my unrepaired car, I was falsely accused of nearly colliding with Conan's car (he refused to provide footage), I asked once he had authorization how long the repair would take - I was told 7 working days - meaning the total time from drop off would ultimately be around 18-20 working days. He and the hire car company are in league to waste as much time as possible. For context, I dropped my car off at another bodyshop, JC Paint on Monday, it was back on Wednesday (and a better job than he's capable of without the ego!) I came here on the 15th of July, with a car that had been hit the day before - no fault, hit and run - very simple case. I had everything ready to submit to the third party insurance company. Conan had done work for me before, and, I wanted him to do the work. He said he worked with a claims company, and, they'll take it on, get me a hire car when it's off the road, etc - it's an open and shut case, and, he thought it'd be dealt with quite quickly. I asked him at this point "It's not one of those credit hire companies is it?"... and, 2 weeks later when all the paperwork was being signed, it became apparent, it was! A lie. It took a while for liability to come through, come early August - liability is accepted and they book in the repair. Conan's busy, I get that.. I'm happy to wait the 3.5 weeks to get it booked in on the 27th. Come the 27th, I drop my car off and I'm told, rudely, while he's talking to other people rather than serving customers - AFTER I signed for the hire car, "by the way, even though you've just waited 3.5 weeks, I have to wait until tomorrow (Thursday) for authorization" I wasn't happy about this, as, I had already waited 3.5 weeks. Come Friday, we asked if he has started it yet - no, still waiting for authorization. I called his recommended company, and, they basically admitted that it will be open-ended, Authorization could be days away - so I went to collect my car, as, I didn't want to have the risk of all the fineprint in the credit here agreement, knowing, my car has already been hit outside my house due to the road I live in. I was told, it'd be at least another 10-12 days before the car is repaired from that point, by which point, at £112/ a day, the total hire bill they'd have built up for the credit hire company would have been 1904+a £200 pickup/dropoff fee+VAT!! That's £2524.80 including that, with, at least 10 of those days inflated. If there is any issues at all at this point, i.e. the insurer says it's excessive, who does it fall back on? You guessed that right. My insurance policy. All in, they're trying to build the claim up to around £4000 - for a car that's not worth much more than that. I waited 3 weeks to book the car in, with the expectation, because, Conan had already assessed the vehicle, mentioned engineers etc the day after the accident happened, it would be dropped off, and, work would begin. No dithering or delaying. When I returned the hire vehicle, the attitude was terrible, saying I'd be charged £600 for 1.5 days of a credit hire car, accusing me of nearly hitting his car (I was 1.5-2m away), and, at this point I had to get away of this, as, he had proven himself to be a compulsive, untrustworthy liar. CG Autoshops recommend claims handler wasted my time, over, and over again - and this bodyshop wanted to waste an additional 2 weeks of my time, making me liable for a dangerous credit hire deal for an excessive amount of time.

   Top body repair shop. Conan is a great guy and highly skilled. Even washed my car upon collection! I had a nasty dent below my rear light (to the left of the boot lid) and you wouldn't even know it was there! He also refurbed all alloys, which were badly scuffed.

   Absolutely amazing! Looks like new!!! Owner was lovely too, gave us a quote on a day he didn’t work on but made time for us. We booked a date, he was communicative regarding when we should pick up. At first I was sceptical, but would 1000% recommend! I didn’t even know what side of the car had the scratch! It maybe a bit more than your corporate quote but 100% worth it. He even watched the car for me!

   Excellent paint repair job to scratch and small marks on bumper and 2 alloys with great paint match. As good as new. Conan certainly knows his trade. He even repaired a couple of car-park door marks to side panel. Highly recommended.
