I had trouble with the yodel parcel, and the young man behind the counter (bhagat singh) was there to assist me. The store was very organised with friendly environment, great community shop
I recently visited the shop and was really impressed with how well-maintained and clean it was. The shelves were fully stocked, and everything was easy to find. A young man behind the counter was especially helpful—he was polite, friendly, and went out of his way to assist me. Great service and a great shop overall. Will definitely be returning!

Customer service here in absolutely phenomenal. Rang to see if they had a certain item, they didn't have this so they went and bought it, communicated by text to say it was in. I'll definitely go to this shop more often. Great local shop!!
Lovely staff and lots of choice for a relatively small shop.
I managed to meet Ruby at star express yesterday afternoon, where she went above and beyond - I had less money for milk and bread and she allowed me to bring it in another day. I feel privileged to have a lovely community shop in HD2.

Called in this morning to send a DHL return. Had not been an easy process to do the paperwork and there was a problem with it being accepted. The young man behind the counter was absolutely great, explained the problem to me and passed me on to his mum. She in turn was brilliant and phoned DHL and eventually got the problem solved. They both spent time to solve what was really my problem and were helpful, friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. A very big thank you to both of them!
The shop itself is small, but clean and well stocked. The staff member who served me was polite and friendly. The shop is a UPS drop off point, that's why i went there.
