   Took my car in with throttle body issues that I'd been told may be due to a poor map done by the previous owner. I already have a mechanic but I wanted to check this with a proper remap place before I initiated any repairs. Chris was very responsive and helpful before I took the car down via email and all his staff were extremely friendly once I took the car down. Chris called me within not even 2 hours of taking the car down to confirm it was indeed a mechanical fault and gave me a price for repair. As I already have a mechanic who owes me a favour I did not go with Chris for the repair but I didn't want to take the mick so insisted he charge me for his time diagnosing the fault and giving me peace of mind on the cars map and he refused to take any payment at all despite the fact he had taken the time to look at my car and even physically removed a hose from the cars throttle body to inspect it's condition thoroughly. Chris and all other staff members I met were all friendly, professional and informative and I will definitely be coming to this company again in the future
