   Don’t touch this company. Dodgy insurance/warranty policies and lies. My Nanna was sold a faulty car. Mark said he would fix it but over the course of well over a month, he never did. Mark refused to give a refund to the full amount that my Nanna paid for the car and had the audacity to say that the car was fine when it was sold to her. She only used it a couple of times before the fault began to show and was well within the 6 month returns policy. To do this to a 76-year-old lady is disgusting. My Nanna has a heart of gold and she is a kind and honest person. She did not deserve this upset! Trading standards will be informed but if it was up to me, I’d be going to the police as well because there’s some deceitfulness in regards to the warranty. I’ll update the review after the trading standards meeting.

   Stay clear. They rip off people who are already struggling as it is. Sell faulty cars and refute all responsibility, when other mechanics point out the faults. Refuse to give a full refund or fix the car, so leave a single mum, working hard for her family without a car and massively out of pocket.
