Lovely staff, chatty, recommended what was nice when we couldn't make a decision. Free sample of cake was offered from the counter. Lovely atmosphere, will definitely go again. In my opinion, best Costa coffee shop around and I'm not local.

When we arrived at the store at 4:40 PM, the staff were already closing the front. We asked if we could come in to place an order but were told it was takeaway only. This is unacceptable, as the door clearly states the closing time is 5 PM. Customers should reasonably expect to be served up until that time, with sufficient opportunity to finish their drinks. Being turned away early felt unfair and unwelcoming, particularly as we live locally and visit frequently.

The team led by manager Camila are the best. The drinks are made just how you ask and always with a smile and kind word.Every member of staff makes great drinks and Collier Row is is in our opinion the best Costa.

First of all is about hygiene, there was a blonde lady that she was touching the straw with her hands without using a tissue which is against costa policy regarding hygiene. Also, she did throw only ice in my cooler (probably so boring to wash afterward but she gets pay for it!) . If I wanted to drink ice I could not spend Β£5 for a cooler….Also, they don’t use the tea you pay for they are yousing only breakfast tea….. You should employ people that are doing their job proper not waiste of time like the blonde lady :)

Poor service. Need to focus on the customer in the shop. Probably need more staff. Wasn't even busy.

I always want the experience at this Costa to be lovely, and I persisted for quite a while. It’s well located, always clean and has parking (although only for 15 minutes, so not good if you want to stay). However, on most visits at least one of the following is the case: - Card payments aren’t working, so you have to go and get cash - Toilets are out of order, so not helpful for younger children - Staff are bickering or passive aggressive towards each other - The coffee itself (my regular is a chai latte) lacks flavour/syrup When you combine these issues with the Β£3-4 cost of a drink and Costa’s decision to charge customers more for more environmentally friendly dairy alternatives, I’d save your money and head round the corner to Cafe 23.

Like this cosy and quiet place. Some of the staff are bit not friendly

Convenient parking outside, although only for a few cars, but larger public carpark opposite. When I've been in there odd times of the day there are plenty of tables free and little or no queue. Very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. Mobile worker friendly as well.
