   I had a very negative experience with Tranters Solicitors, specifically with Avisha. I felt coerced throughout the process and was not properly represented at all. There was no cross-examining, no disputing of evidence, and I genuinely feel like my voice was never heard. What concerned me most was that my solicitor seemed to be working more with the prosecution than with me, pushing me towards a guilty plea regardless of facts or evidence that supported my case. I was not given full access to the evidence before entering a plea, meaning I could not make an informed decision about my own defence. Whenever I asked for explanations or clarity, I was dismissed, ignored, or brushed off. There was no transparency, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense that they were acting in my best interests. Overall, I left the experience feeling unprotected, pressured, and misled. I would not recommend Tranters Solicitors to anyone seeking fair, honest, and competent representation. When you asked them for all your paperwork and evidence they refused and tell you that they wasn’t your solicitor so why do they have your paperwork and why is court system letting them have confidential documents they manipulate people they are supposed to be helping I’m not the first and I won’t be the last

   I would like to wholeheartedly recommend my solicitor Mahmuda Ali who handled my accident claim from four years ago in the UK. She not only managed my case with great skill and professionalism, but also supported me every step of the way – emotionally and practically. She truly fought for my rights and wellbeing, always ensuring that both my physical and mental health were taken into account throughout the process. What makes her truly exceptional is not only her legal expertise, but also her empathy, strength, and determination. She's a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her clients.    Lucy McWilliams pretended the line was dead and after several times just didnt want to speak to me following this firm acting as duty solicitor. Wouldnt go anywhere near them. Either they dont know or cant be bothered.

   Disgusting service by solicitor Christina Leigh, do not use this company, they pick and choose what evidence to use, they do not contact possible witnessess who could help your case. total shoddy service do not put your life in their hands. Did not even turn up to support for sentencing.

   Choose wisely people - my brother used this firm for a defence lawyer as he was introduced to them as a duty solicitor at the police station. He doesnt know the system or law firms. In the end he had to fire BW (Snr Solicitor) on grounds of no confidence and moved onto a solicitor who shows an interest which is more than this firm did. My brother and us as his family are more confident now. My advice is shop around and go with your gut feeling. If there having to wait in a cop shop to gain clients something ain't right. Recommendation goes a long way in the world of solicitors and as you can tell I would not recomend this firm. There pants be advised folk.
