   I was in a real pickle/trouble today a week before Christmas after another garage had let me down on my van that needed fixing-my vehicle is my livelihood and I can't do without it. Katie and the team did a fantastic job, got the parts in and fixed my van the same day at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier or more thankfully for the service I received, abserloutly first class. Thank you so much guys, I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

   My wife and I had our first experience at Ste's and it will definitely not be the last. We took the wifes car for new brakes and an issue with her windscreen wipers (only one was working). We were quoted a very competitive price for the new brake discs and pads, and told the wipers would have to be looked at as it could be the linkage or require a new motor. We were very pleasantly surprised when we were told it was just a loose wire, and that the wipers were sorted, and at no cost. A fantastic, honest, fair mechanic who knows how to look after his customers. I will recommend Ste's to friends and family.

   My mum was sent to Ste with a long-standing steering problem that other garages were reluctant to help. Ste fixed this in 1 day. Everything was organised for mum, and she was back on the road. Both Ste and Kate were amazingly helpful. We can't thank them enough.

   I had a nightmare today and couldn't get home to Herefordshire after stupidly putting too much oil in my car. Ste was having a busy day, but still found time to drain my engine and even checked why the engine management light had come on, giving me so much good advice about the vehicle which I only purchased last week(used). He and his colleagues were true gentlemen and he wouldn't even let me pay. Thanks so much for being my heroes today, guys.

   I have used Ste's car hospital for a number of years now and also advise all of my clients to use their services which puts strain on my own business if the work is wrong so its important the work is always correct since there is nothing more annoying than recommending someone who lets you down. Personally i have had engines rebuilt, turbo installs, injectors, brakes, exhaust work and general repairs. Recently Steve had our business Vw Golf R which was being built for a performance tuning build for another company who are VW Specialists, Steve removed the turbo, found issues and resolved within hours, steve had the car built in 2 days and when we found a issue Steve had it resolved in less than a hour, the car was then inspected by Vw tuning specialists who later went onto assisting with tuning the vehicle with no mechanical issues to rectify showing a excellent install from Steve My business focus on diagnostics equipment so seeing Steve had the new 2020 softwares to carry out in-depth diagnostics was a huge thing for me especially sending our clients for checks. Overall i know its a long winded review but honestly Steve doesnt get the credit he deserves, you know they are good at what they do when you can walk in and find one guy with 3 cars on a ramp each, a car park full of cars and the place acting like a one in one out factory. The only one thing that lets these guys down... The admin staff dont ever make you a brew! As always thank you for looking after us and all of our clients over the years!

   Had a nightmare MOT and was recommended to go and see Steve. I wasn't disappointed. Kate was very helpful in getting me booked in for a quote and when I took my car to Steve's garage, he had it up on the ramps quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. He had welding and brand new brakes all sorted in a few hours. My car flew through its partial MOT afterwards. Can't recommend Ste's Car Hospital enough. Excellent work and very friendly people too!

   I’ve used this garage ever since I started driving 6years ago. I’ve taken every car I’ve ever had here whenever there has been a problem. Or it’s needed an ‘mot’ ...&Especially being a girl and clueless about cars a lot of garages tend to take the mick. However ste is a very down to earth fella and helps me out all the time with my car even if it’s the middle of the night or last minute. He even does fabulous job on my family members cars and friends cars if they need it and they all said they wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely highly recommend him!!! 5 star service!
