   This will be my 2nd repair done by Car2go via insurance following a non fault accident. I dealt with Bill on this occasion, and from start to finish i could not fault the team 1 bit. The communication was amazing, the staff are friendly and appreciable with any queries. The whole process took 2 weeks from start to finish which was a fast turnaround given the damage. The quality of the repair is amazing, well exceeds my expectations. Thanks again to Nick, Bill and the team. I would highly recommend Car2go Northwest.

   Car was took in via insurance due to being bumped. I was in a state over this as its a discontinued car so parts are starting to become rarer but CAR2GO saved the day and repaired and painted and got my car back on the road. Even reassured me that I wasn't going to lose it as that was my biggest issue over everything. I cant thank Nick, Bill and the team enough for keeping me updated and also all the works that's been done. Honestly car looks smells and feels brand new. They certainly are professionals in this area and the personal handling with phone calls etc was brilliant. I'd highly recommend without a doubt Car2go to anyone who is wanting any work done. My dad's restored cars in his younger days and said the workmanship and care thats gone into the repair is top notch cant even tell it had damage to the bumper at all. I'd 110% recommend these guys there professional, the work is in a league of its own, they keep you updated and give that personal feeling when they deal with you.    My car got put here by my insurance after a crash, I’d never been in a crash before so had no clue of what to expect! Nick called me every day to reassure me and explain what the process was and gave me advice! He was so helpful I actually don’t know what I would have done without him! Thankyou for listening to my tears haha! I would fully recommend this garage! The customer service is amazing and my little car is like new! Honestly am so grateful for everything !

   The most incredible service from start to finish from Nick and his team. He explained the work clearly and made every effort to keep the costs down whilst still doing an incredible job. He was able to offer us a courtesy car whilst the work was being done and went out of his way to ensure the service was faultless throughout. The car was beautifully valeted on its return and even though it had major damage it literally looked like a brand new car. Will never go anywhere else and would highly recommend.
