   I have been using Dickensons since I bought my first house more than 35 years ago. I have since moved around a bit and they have acted for me on a further 5 occasions. The last one being this week where my house sale went through without any glitches. I can honestly say I have never encountered any problems with them. The staff are great, polite, informative and nothing seems too much trouble. The offices are a bit tired but don't let that put you off. The rates are more than reasonable and they talk you through everything. They are a professional lot and I wouldn't use anyone else. Keep up the good work.
