Been a car owner/driver for 50 years and at last found a repair centre that gives upfront and reasonable pricing, excellent work, helpful, efficient and Lesley on reception "holds" it all together. Garage of choice for me now and will recommend to others. Thanks
TLDR; Absolutely useless, 7+ hour wait, staff grossly incompetent, avoid at all costs. My family has been going here for 20+ years and it has always been fine. Since last year the staff have changed and it is now under new ownership This time, I waited 7+ hours for an MOT (which I doubt they actually even did as some corrosion advisories have magically dissapeared despite me not getting them fixed). After waiting 4 hours I called up asking if it would be done soon and was told "it's next up won't be long". After waiting another 2 hours I call back asking for an update, at which point I'm told they'll call me back in 10 minutes when it's done. I wait 30 mins, hearing nothing back so I get a lift down. They haven't even started it yet. I then have to wait another 30 minutes at which point I return to the garage. At this point half the staff have left, and the receptionist is gone. I then have to wait for another member of staff to find the papers and watch him struggle to use a card reader. The staff then have no idea where my keys are so I have to go and fidn them myself and drive off. Absolutely pathetic
Got my brake calipers and abs done here. They went above and beyond in customer service. They were quoted £700 for a part to which they felt was unfair and managed to find a second hand part which only cost £35. Not the first time attending this garage, could not reccemd enough.
Good prompt service from Arrowebtook.Leslie, on reception, is very efficient and reliable. She managed the whole process of getting my exhaust repaired, liaised with me and was very kind and friendly when I collected my car. She made my day.

I've been using this garage for MOT's and service/repairs for a good few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dave, Geoff and Chris are simply brilliant and will go out of their way to help you anytime and work so hard.. Their prices are very fair too and they don't need to look for work as they obviously have a good reputation and repeat customers including me that keeps them quite busy~ I can't believe I used to pay dealer prices for rubbish and virtually nothing done. I service and look after my own cars but add a full major service with an MOT each year for about the same price a dealer will change the oil! .. Thanks for a great job guys and great customer service too Sarah
