Good customer service until they received the payment for the car, the MOT was done for 12 months and I was promised no advisories. Two months since I bought the car the engine developed an oil leak, I took it back to J M Motors and they kept it for a day to have a look at it. When I returned Joe guaranteed me there were no oil leaks, I explained to him that the outside of the engine was covered in oil and that I had to top up the oil level numerous times (over 1 liter in total). Instead of fixing the problem they cleaned all the oil off the engine and told me the engine was clean and dry (the picture attached shows what it looked like before I dropped the car off), then his answer changed to "it's an old car (2009) it is going to consume oil", over 1 liter of oil in around 2000 miles? I don't think so you liar. He advised me to wait 2-3 weeks and see how the oil level is, in other words wait until my 3 month warranty runs out and then it wouldn't be his problem. When I was leaving I politely said I would get it checked at a Vauxhall dealership and get back to him to which he answered "do what you want". At Vauxhall they identified a crankshaft seal leak straight away so Joe was lying to my face. The replacement seal cost me about £12 (£80 with labor) so this shows how awful the customer service is at J M Motors, it would have cost him £12 to fix it but instead he tried convincing me there was nothing wrong with the car. Vauxhall also did a health check on the whole vehicle and identified a small leak in the exhaust, one tire being close to the legal limit and one spring not sitting correctly in its place, so 'no advisories' was another lie. The whole experience caused me a lot of hassle and spending of extra money. I would definitely not recommend J M Motors to anyone since Joe used every excuse under the sun to get out of fixing the car's faults. I was very disappointed and annoyed.

Searched around a few places for a used car and found a Mazda 3 here, had a test drive on the day. No pressure sales and welcoming, helpful staff. There was a problem collecting the car as it wasn't ready for the day stated but that wouldn't deter me from recommending Joe and the rest of the staff to other people. Would deal with again.
