   I was treated with so much respect by the staff when I visited. I asked for the WIFI password as I was not getting Internet and the boy typed it in my phone. The girl who served me my drink, honey hot chocolate was very friendly and attentive too. She told me to take a seat and she will bring it over when its ready. I visit a lot of coffee shops and I am telling you its rare to get such excellent service.

   Too much sugar on everything. I ordered matcha latte , they did with syrup without asking me. Babyccino with marshmallow , but I want only regular one. Than I paid 3.10£ for warm milk for my daughter. Hopefully staff redid it. But I still don't like it. Put sugar without asking , this is too much. Last time I ordered muffin for three person, we can not finish because it was like sugar bomb. I think it was last time I visited this cafe.

   Muffin break at Liberty mall ! Busy place with a warm ambience and even warmer friendly staff. They aren’t rushed in taking your orders and do give suggestions on what’s what and also recommend specific delicacies based on what your preferences are. Ordered a Chai Latte and Almond Cherry muffin. The chai latte was one of the best I’d tasted and the almost cherry muffin was alright. A place worth a visit.

   This could be a much nicer place than it is. The food is very tasty if you want a coffee and a snack but the atmosphere isn't very inviting it's quite cold and clinical. The staff are friendly and it's very clean but not a place you want to linger in for long. Good for a quick sugar hit before or after shopping.

   Great food priced competitively with a selection of hot and cold to choose from. This place is great for freshly made sandwiches, paninnis, scones, gorgeous cakes etc and the usual beverages. Muffin Break is situated in the Liberty Shopping Centre with easy access, I would say a great place to stop of if your doing alot of shopping and in need of a break. This place is modern and what I particularly like is it doesn't have lights beaming down on you, the lights are gentle giving this place a slightly more cosy feel. This is a family run business with the father taking the lead and eldest son serving along with employed staff at least it was the day I visited. Everyone looked on tender hooks for some reason, they certainly didn't look like they were enjoying what they do, in the 45 minutes I spent in the place there wasn't one smile given by any staff, this is something that helps create a more relaxing atmosphere to a great atmosphere. Still I would say it is worth a visit if only to try their delicious freshly made sandwiches and cakes, enjoy.

   Nice atmosphere. Really lovely staff. Good there's a loo on site too. We had a cheese and tomato croissant served warm. Slice of carrot cake and a good cup of coffee. There are sandwiches, paninis, toasties on offer as well as soup,sausage rolls and a selection of cakes.

   Went in on a sunday afternoon and the service was so good! We didn’t feel rushed and the atmosphere was calming. We had a toastie and sandwich with a slice of red velvet, one of my best red velvet we have tasted. Thanks muffin break romford, we will be back again.

   I don’t normally leave reviews but this time I have to. I get lemon and orange muffin plus coffees. In the muffin I found the lemon peel how you can perfectly see on the picture and coffee was the bad quality I have ever taste. I told to the waitress that taste burned and gave it back the macchiato and cappuccino too.
