   I had a great experience at Starbucks today. The service was quick, the atmosphere was warm, and everything was well-prepared. A special shoutout to Manpreet — he was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. His positive attitude genuinely added to the visit. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

   This place is horrible - the juice was mouldy and coffee was not hot even though requested and the froth on top was not like you expect even in the smallest of coffee places let alone Starbucks. Essentially coz it is never hot! Also it’s not a cool place to hangout either too much of weird crowd around. I prefer Muffin Break on same street for good coffee and great service now.

   The barista serving me at 5pm clearly doesn’t know how to make the drinks. I did a custom order on the app and if I’m paying for TWO caramel drizzle then the common sense is to line the inside of the cup with the drizzle. I told her and she said that caramel macchiato’s only have drizzle on the top but i’ve gotten this drink before, including at this bexleyheath starbucks and it’s always been lined with drizzle inside. Plus i overheard and saw her looking at the order and making comments such as “what is this order” “oh my god” … how unprofessional when the customers are literally on the other side of you. Starbucks i recommend you train your baristas on how to make their drinks properly. If you have so much customisations on the menu and on the app then the baristas should be able to do that 1) properly 2) without making comments. Customers are literally paying and what are they being paid for? This girl had terrible attitude and i’m not happy. It would’ve been okay if the drink was nice but it tasted disgusting and a lot worse than i’ve had it before, literally threw away half of it. I’m not impressed.

   Great sized Starbucks located within residential area, spacious modern and clean design, with parking and disabled parking. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Shelves and counter is well stocked and tidy. Staff also seen cleaning and tidying up tables. Managed to get the free reusable snoopy cup!

   Great atmosphere, staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There are always plenty of seating options, both inside and outside, even though it’s busy most of the time. Toilet is decent, has wheelchair access. They make good coffee, I approve haha.

   I had an incident here which i due to the manner and speed it was resolved i do not feel the need to highlight. What I want to highlight is the lovely manager Evi, who still remembered me when i came back a week later. A great leader for the store, with great customer focus and service!
