   My car had 3 trips to this garage with persistent engine management lights and limp mode kicking in. Diagnostic tools were connected, data extracted, etc. 3 sensors were "identified", changed, in the value of over £700. I asked for the fault codes (tons of them on the screen of the diagnostic tool), but never got them in the end. By the time the 3rd sensor was changed I tried to ask if there may be other underlying issues, but I was dismissed by a sarcastic 'we know better' type of comment. Only reason I chose them is because of the RAC warranty my dealer provided. After the 3rd visit and engine light still coming on within 5 minutes of leaving the garage as if nothing changed, I gave up on them. The vehicle now had a full investigation with a different garage, is now at a specialist with several serious issues identified, having had a proper disassembly. I am not doubting their competence but they seem like an extremely busy garage, conveyor belt style, with not too much time or interest to help you out if you have a complicated issue.

   Our daughter's car broke down and was taken here by the RAC. It took 5 working days to fix. She was charged £771 for a faulty injector (admitted by the garage when challenged subsequently) to be fitted with a cable tie secured over the main exhaust manifold - please see pic. Best avoid you have been warned !

   First time customer of Queensferry Test Centre and couldn't be happier. Had my vehicle recovered in after ruining 2 tyres on a pothole and am very impressed with the overall service. Tyres were sourced quickly despite them being an unusual size, tracking was checked and they even fitted a new wear sensor quickly. I was kept informed at all times and all at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend and will now be my go-to for any future work needed.

   We were promised a phone call yesterday evening with an update on repairs to my wife's Galaxy. They didn't call, and so far I've tried calling for an update over 100 times. We've got two special needs kids and my wife needs to know when she's getting her car back. Definitely will not be using this garage again!

   Following a weekend away we broke down on the A55 and Queensferry MOT testing center came to our rescue. They fixed the car when they said they would having the clutch and fly wheel replaced by mid day the next day, having only arrived on their doorstep at 4.30pm. The garage couldn't do enough to help as eager to see us back on the road as we were. They were swift, professional and competitively priced. We would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

   Over the years I have always used this garage for all mechanical maintenance of every car that I have owned. So much so that I always recommend to family and friends. Today I left this Garage really happy with all the work done on my Mitsibushi Outlander. They were very friendly, explaining what needed to be done and the cost involved. They were very helpful and I felt reassured that I was leaving my car in good hands. The work was completed, quickly and to a very high standard and I was most surprised the cost, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I have nothing but praise for this garage, its excellent service, value for money and very friendly staff. I agree with all the good reviews on here, that my experience with Q.Ferry MOT Garage was 100% positive and I would highly recommend.
