   Don't bother. Supposed to be the buyer's solicitor for my house with a projected completion of the end of August. Simple sale no chain very few enquiries. Mid October and still no date for completion. Best part is, I'm told the delay was due to a solicitor being on holiday. The case was not handed to anyone else to progress. Absolute shambles avoid like the plague.

   Awful experience. All 3 people that we came across were rude but David was extremely unpleasant, I am in shock at how we were treated. We previously used them for a recent house purchase as well as for business purposes with no issues but will never ever ever be using them again after today.

   I wanted to share my experience using collier Littler for the conveyancing of the sale of our house. David was very helpful from the start. Very clear on cost etc which was appreciated. The admin team very helpful as well. The main person I would like to highlight is Jo Cooper, as Jo was our conveyancing solicitor. I truly couldn’t be more appreciative to Jo for sorting everything out which was a long process. Jo is very professionally and personable, always on hand through phone call or email, and always replied quickly to emails with clear updates, which was so much appreciated. Jo is a really nice person, who is a very experienced conveyancing solicitor and is very knowledgable. Jo also really cares about her job and how everything throughout the process of selling a house affects the people selling, doing her best at every stage, to make the whole process easier and as stressful free as possible for her clients. This clearly stood out for me! Thankyou again for to David and everyone at Collier Littler but particularly Jo as she was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and complete the sale in a tight time frame! Thankyou Jo!

   We had a terrible experience, without going into the specifics; We asked what we thought would be a simple request back in late 2021, 6 (six) months went past and nothing completed was done, zero. In fact, the only thing that was delivered was a master class in passing the buck, it was everyone else’s fault except their own. This was only part one of our problems - The second part saw us complete the sale of our house (with poor response times and unprofessional telephone manner) AND then we find out they shoehorned in the charges for the (zero) work carried out during part one of this unfortunate series of events! Imagine having to pay for something that was never delivered on - ridiculous. Skip this bunch, go elsewhere.
