Certainly the best food option in John Lewis, albeit they only sell snacks and cakes. Today we had a bacon and cheese brioche and a warm scones. Ori was very busy and there was a delay in drinks told at the time of ordering the service tried to claw back the delays. Staff very good

My nan told me she thought she got lucky that the black haired female worker kept giving out free coffees and food! She was pleased with the amount of refills she got for free, she didn’t have to pay for a single thing all thanks to the worker. Really pleased with your service

Unlike any sane coffeeshop, when you purchase coffee it is not made and provided to you. Instead you are given a number and sent to sit wherever you please. Having waited 15 minutes so far and watched staff wandering around lost with random drinks one has to wonder who though that this would be efficient. And why it takes so long to make two coffees. In addition the cake was dry. Nice enough seats though, and I think I can speak with authority since I've been sat in them long enough slowly drying out.

Ori CafΓ© in John Lewis Bluewater is one of those spots that makes you glad you didn’t just rush through shopping. It’s comfortable, modern, and has that calm atmosphere you want when you’re taking a pause from browsing sofas or clothes. The staff are excellent, attentive without being over the top, the sort of service that makes everything run smoothly without you having to ask twice. Even small details are thought of, like the self-service drinking water tap, which feels refreshingly practical. We ordered two coffees to start, both well-made and smooth, the kind you can linger over. For food, one of us went for a toasted bagel filled with creamy Camembert and mushrooms, indulgent but perfectly balanced, while the other enjoyed a focaccia generously filled with Swiss cheese and smoked ham. Both plates were delicious and felt freshly prepared, not just thrown together. And of course, it would have been rude not to finish with cake. Two slices later, we can confirm the desserts are every bit as good as the savoury offerings. Ori CafΓ© is a real gem within John Lewis: quality food, comfortable seating, thoughtful service. A little haven for weary shoppers.

A great place in John Lewis at Bluewater to sit down and enjoy a sandwich (hot or cold), soup, salad and coffee during busy times. Great selection of pastries available as well. Coffee is good as well. Prices may be on the higher side but you get a seat compared to pret or any other cafe at busy times.

The worst coffee I've ever been served at Bluewater which is saying something. Served so hot it had lost all natural sweetness so was foamy and bitter. The food was good though.

Food is always hot and of the highest quality. It does get bit busy but normally you can find seats fairly quickly. A lovely place to chill out for a while.

Always enjoy visiting, service very good and atmosphere very relaxing. Recently introduced the β€˜rule’ that you should not take a seat until you have purchased your food/drinks. No issue with this, however when not enforced it causes more frustration. I visit at least 4 times a month and the new system is not working.

The best reviews are the critical ones. Let's start with the negative. It's quite expensive here. For the price paid, we would have expected the ciabattas to have come with a side salad, at least to help with presentation and first impressions. The pastel de natas were served cold, my wife said I could have asked for them to be heated but an offer from staff would have been good. The positives. The coffee was amazing. The flavours in our ciabattas was excellent. The staff were attentive but not too much. Being located at the back of the store, it's far more relaxed than any of the eateries in the main concourse. With those negatives addressed, this place would be a clear 5 star. We definitely left feeling we would return.

I have returned to this little find as the customer service here is absolutely top notch! A little, stylish cafe tucked away in John Lewis, away from the busy thoroughfare of the main centre where you can get an array of bites to eat, cake and pastries, coffee tea or even and alcoholic beverage. It’s fab! Steph the manager is wonderful and all staff are polite and happy. Lovely place.
