Poor selection and very overpriced. Usually you can get ar least 2 or 3 different brands of nic salts from vape shops but Totally wicked is not the case. £5 a bottle for a 10ml is a joke even when you multi buy its 40% more than most places. Wouldn't return in a rush.
Totally Wicked have been a bright spark. Customer service has been superb & the loyalty points is a great bonus. Awesome products & have never let me down. Always super friendly.

Messaged here on Bank Holiday to buy my first vape as I'm giving up cigarettes, they replied quickly and I visited the shop half an hour later. The customer service was excellent. After describing what I was looking for, the owner recommended a mid range model ( as opposed to trying to sell me the most expensive type as is the case in many shops ) because it would fit my needs. After a full demonstration I left with a great product and a free bottle of vape oil, TW also gave me a loyalty card on which points are accumulated with purchases leading to free oils. Same price as amazon, the difference being an immediate collection, loyalty bonuses, great service and the ability to go back to the store if any issues occur. Can't recommend highly enough.
Well versed with great customer service. Being my 1st time in the shop n my phone playing up he was patient n carried on like nothing was happening which really helped my anxiety out n stopped me from panicking! Was really appreciated by me.
Nice store & friendly staff. Parking can be a bit of a pain, though the store is decently sized, there is not a lot of stock/vapes to choose from, but they do have a good selection of vape liquids. The staff knowledge of vapes is also retry decent.
I'm a regular customer to Adeel and Shahid and what can I say, the customer service is unmatched and they're the two friendliest guys you could have the pleasure of chatting to! They're always ready to help you out or just have a chin wag, couldn't recommend a better vape shop to visit. Great company, products and service.
