The best rapid response you could wish for when you have an emergency with your car. Had an emergency on Friday at 8am just as they opened. Paul booked me in and the car was diagnosed within minutes and I was sent to the main dealer to have rectification carried out on manufactures warranty. A real lifesaver - thanks guys and girls x

I called in on the off chance I could get my headlight bulb changed. Gemma was really helpful and asked someone if they could do it. Within a couple of minutes someone came and changed it. The prices are very reasonable. Please support your local businesses
Really happy with the service here! They got my MOT and advisories sorted all in the same day, which was super convenient. I also had a problem with my door handle – they fixed it quickly and for a fair price, and even said I should pop back for further attention. Communication was great throughout, and everyone was friendly and helpful, giving good advice on how to keep things in check. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic garage! We recently started using Tip Top Garage after struggling to find a garage and a mechanic that we could trust and that understood what we wanted when it came to our VW T5 Campervan. Tip Top have met all our needs, above and beyond our expectations. Both the garage and Nathan our mechanic have been fantastic at understanding that we wish to restore our campervan not just fix broken parts. I took my car in as the battery light was on so after a diagnostic for the warranty I had they fitted a new alternator and said it was fixed. Next day I had to take it back as the battery light came back on so two more alternators later they had not fixed it so after having my vehicle for five weeks they sent to an auto electrician who was charging £250 to sort the issue out and he did not repair it. On Friday 24.2.23 my wife collected my vehicle for me and they demanded she pay money to take it away even though we where now in the sixth week and the original fault was still not fixed so needless to say this was not paid and my car was removed so I can take elsewhere to get it fixed. Once home I found they had damaged the front bumper had oil I’m my two front seats and the battery cover was missing so photos have been taken as I will be contacting trading standards

Took my car here for mot, it failed haha. Reception staff made the process of repairs and re test simple and easy with great communication through the whole process. Mechanics work is to a high standard and efficient. Special mention to the "legend" that saved me £107 by knowing how to fix something rather than replacing it.
I had a full service and MOT very pleased with the work, price and politeness of the staff. Also they are doing a splendid job with my 1993 campervan, that's had a full service and new cambelt, needs a lot of welding new wings and back panels. I am really looking forward to see the end result.
