Friendly, knowledgeable staff & service with communication for MOT and Repair in a short time period although they were busy. As someone who has lived in the Quay and since driving, compared to many garage's over the years, pre 2025, I never got that (Oh here we go, Now what!) feeling. (You know that feeling). There is also a Bus Stop right outside. Highly Recommended, Will definitely go again. :)
I had my car MOT'd at Lee's MOT's and couldn't be happier with the service. My car initially failed its MOT, but they were able to carry out the necessary repairs on the same day. Dropped of my works van in the morning for a noise coming from a belt. The mechanic took a look over everything and order the parts needed. Got a call back in the afternoon with everything fixed and running perfectly. Fantastic customer service.

We always use Lee’s MOTs, easy booking system, very professional, all round excellent service.
Called in on Wednesday a week before to ask for a quote for labour to have one coil spring replaced (I had the parts already). The receptionist checked and told me it'd be £70/h and it'd take 1.5h. She recommended replacing both coils on one axle and then it'd be £140 for labour as both should be done in 2h. I rang the following Saturday to check when they could fit both and asked if the price was still standing. At which point the receptionist said she would have to check with Lee. When she got back, the price for labour alone was £220!! That's more than 3 x £70=£210. There's a word for this type of businesses that begins with 'c', and it's not only "crooks".
