   My favourite local Costa! It's never to busy so you can easily get a seat. Coffee good and served with a smile. Nice atmosphere for a bit of peace and quiet, can quite easily get a bit of work done as well without any interference.

   Ordered a soya americano, which usually tastes fine. Today, it tastes like soapy dishwater. There is a particularly miserable-looking member of staff—he has been mentioned in other reviews and could use some improvement on his customer service skills. I have reduced the number of times I visit. I honestly don't foresee Costa being a viable establishment in the next few years.

   Terrible experience from the staff named Faisal. Extremely rude and arrogant. I ordered black coffee and tried to scan costa app. There was no beep then I tried again just to confirm. Then Faisal asked my why I did scan twice I explained to him nicely but then his attitude towards me was extremely rude. I am a regular customer here and from local. I was shocked to see this kind of behavious. I will never go back there!

   Quite busy, although there are usually seats inside. Efficient and busy staff who are very helpful. Easy parking and access. Drive through also available.

   Walked in at 5.40pm. Had to wait an age to get served, while members of staff are more worried about fill the display racks. Drive thur seem to get priority over walk in's. Once we got served we where informed that "we close in 10 minutes". Thats fine we can been done in that time. Order two drink and 2 piece of cake to have in. Drinks were served in takeaway cups, not China that I expected for a sit in order. Then at big on 6pm the front door is locked with a number of customers still inside. Not only did I fine this rude but this must be a safety issue to. The staff did not want us in there basically. Coffee good Cake good Staff poor Atmosphere poor. This store needs to address some issues.

   Love love love..please disregard other negative reviews. Service always with a smile every day. All staff are friendly and approachable. At times I have waited long to get served then find no clean tables to sit down, I understand as if they are short staff you have to understand and emphasise with staff.

   Poor service, terribly disappointed about this branch and its staff particularly. Plus the cappuccino with no froth, which tastes like a regular instant coffee made @ home, I've had better than this really.
