   Shocking law firm, especially with their claims and being a supposed strong presence in the city centre. Awful, unprofessional receptionists who take ages to answer the phone, when they do they're eating or finishing off gossip with their colleague before greeting the caller, then they ask you to repeat yourself. Having a hearing problem when you're a telephonist isn't a good skill. You send an online inquiry through, they get back to you with an hour asking for more details, then nothing in four days. Don't bother with these, use elsewhere.

   Avoid at all costs! I hired them to prepare a new commercial lease and paid around £2,000 for their “professional” service. They did not suggest or include any exit strategy clause. Literally didn’t warn me about a single issue that could be dangerous for me. As a result I ended up with a terrible lease, they acted like the landlord’s solicitors. Their service isn’t worth a penny. They probably used ChatGPT to structure the terms. If you want to waste your money and find yourself in a legally terrible position, go ahead and work with them. Worst solicitors I’ve ever seen.

   We’ve used Farleys a number of times now, both at home and for our family run business and always found them to be friendly and sensibly priced. Their solicitors speak in plain English rather than lawyer speak, which makes a huge difference when trying to understand the complexities of the law. Would recommend.

   I would most definitely recommend Farleys to anyone who is looking for a solicitor who will go above and beyond. From the start to the finish we was updated and informed throughout the whole process. Kelly and her team represented my family at my brothers inquest and provided us with an excellent service. They were very supportive every step of the way. David provided an excellent service keeping us up to date and always responsive when we had any queries. Mr bridge man the barrister was very professional and we are so thankful for all your hard work. Thank you Farleys and team I would highly recommend .

   Sadly I did not have a great experience with this organization. I selected them as an unknown as they were on the my mortgage providers panel but they were really disappointing compared to the standards of other solicitors I am accustomed to from start through to complaint review. Definitely some good solicitors there but if the alarm bells go early with communication, walk away quickly.
