I suffered a burn injury at a west London boxing gym in a well known shopping mall. Rather than deal with the matter the executive ignored me. I instructed Law Together and nearly 2 years later and just before court proceedings were listed we were offered a favourable settlement by the defendant. I am very happy with Law Together who have demonstrated why we need such sharp lawyers to tackle despicable businesses

I had a great experience with Law Together handling my injury at work case. From start to finish, the team was professional, supportive, and extremely efficient. They always responded in a timely manner and kept me constantly updated, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the process. Every step was clearly explained, and I felt confident knowing my case was in capable hands. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend Law Together to anyone needing reliable and expert legal support for an injury at work claim.

I’m currently in the process of a claim with Law Together, and although my case hasn’t yet been completed, I’ve been really impressed so far. The team has been professional, supportive, and easy to communicate with throughout. They’ve kept me informed at each stage and have shown genuine understanding and care regarding my situation. It’s reassuring to feel like my case is in good hands, and based on my experience to date, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Law Together to others.

I have no faults for LAW TOGETHER. My solicitor, Angela, has been the loveliest and most helpful in every way possible. Even when it took us over 8 months of badgering my doctors for my medical records, she always kept herself calm and collected. Considering we’ve been talking on the phone regarding my case for 2.5 years now, I really feel like I’ve made a friend over the phone. As sad as it is that is all coming to an end now, we have the good news that we won my case with flying colours. Very thorough with all minor details not being missed. Enjoy your annual leave.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Minimal effort put into dealing with a case, lack of timely updates and absolutely spineless by not even attempting to go to court because it might actually ruin your reputation. Avoid at all costs.

Was sucked in to this lot whilst still suffering trauma and distress from my accident. Told I needed an insurance policy to cover me in case my claim failed. Why not make a charge in the first place instead of offering 'no win no fee'. A complete waste of time. Only had one email from my 'stage one team' and that was to tell me I needed to take out the insurance. Eventually I was informed my claim had failed. Seems to me it's a scam - Stay clear

It took a while for my claim to be settled due to covid etc. But Law Together did look after me right after my injury, which included counselling. Good company and was extremely supportive.

I was injured in February due to the fault of a neighbour. I tried to raise a claim a couple of days after the event, went through everything on the phone, shared my details etc. only to be told I'd "need to wait two weeks to see if anything changes" with my injury. After two weeks I called back and gave my details again. I was told a solicitor would get back to me and arranged for a Friday call back. I was called on Wednesday to ask if I was still ok for a call back on Friday. When Friday came round I received a call, to be told they would be able to take my claim and that I would be passed on to a solicitor - I was put on hold then passed on to someone who WASN'T a solicitor, who asked the exact same questions I had already answered twice now, and was then told because of a small (and genuinely insignificant) detail I had ALREADY DISCUSSED TWICE that they didn't know if a solicitor would be able to take my case, so could I receive a call back? At that point I had been on the phone over 45 minutes to an hour. I waited for a call back, was sent an email with a form to fill out. Filled them out at least 3x, with them being "lost" (online?!) each time. I received numerous phone calls asking for the same details again and again, like my name and what happened (which should have been on their system by now). They wanted to sell me insurance which I wasn't sure I wanted, yet they couldn't give me a straight answer on whether I would need the insurance in xyz circumstances, or whether I was outside the "claim period" or whether the defendents would be able to affect the claim period and therefore cost an extra few hundred pounds. If I'd bought the insurance I would probably have ended up out of pocket if I won, from the way they were explaining it. They couldn't tell me how much I would possibly claim for, I was also told I would be "sent for a medical examination if required" but that never happened. I was also provided with a solicitor to discuss my case over the phone - he referred to me as a minor (which is clearly not the case if he'd bothered to read my notes), called from his car, ran late when calling my partner and I and didn't have my file with him. They also wanted my full medical records, which requested information about whether I'd had an ambulance called out etc. (I hadn't, and I hadn't had a check up because of the event, which they knew from day one and I repeated over and over). They had no need for my full medical history and none of the questions on the form were relevant to my case, but they couldn't give an explanation as to why they needed to access my medical history. I refused and they've completely gone silent. I tried contacting the National Accident Helpline (who connected me with Law Together in the first place) and they said they couldn't change my solicitors because they weren't allowed to access my information when I had already had a solicitor assigned. So I was stuck with them, now almost 6 full months on I've not been able to make a claim because Law Together are useless, worthless time wasters. They've bungled my case so badly from day 1 that I could go on for pages.

Reading through the other reviews we have found to had a similar experience. Wish we had read the reviews sooner. The company keeps asking the same questions initially, seems very keen that you have a valid case and will pursue it. Only then to keep changing the person dealing with it, then hear nothing for months. Only reply when you try and call or email to chase up and then out of the blue say they are refusing the case and closing it. During this time we have been given letters with wrong information on, copy and pasted versions, that have been copied and pasted badly. Asked to take out insurance that we did not want. It seems unless you take out this insurance this company is not interested. Completely regret going with this company, its been a complete waste of time. We were referred to by National Helpline, obviously they work together. We wish we had gone elsewhere, and intend to do so !
