   We instructed JP Goldman at the end of July at first everything seemed to be going well and they seem to be a decent company at organising the initial stages of conveyancing. I looked on Google and seen they had a high rate on Google over 4.5 stars. This is where the positive experience ended. We were initially not going to go ahead with a chain as our property was not ready at that time so we were going to sell our property and move elsewhere for the time being however out onward property became available so we then went with to complete the chain. If you would like a speedy and stressfree experience please do not go with this company as they were absolutely horrific with customer service. They never answered emails and what you had to chase them multiple times to get any sort of update. My file was created on the 30th of July and the solicitor who was looking after my file did not start working on it till the start of October. We had to then contact the managing director Daniel of this form to get any sort of action from our conveyancing solicitor. If you would like stressfree experience please do not go with these. They are definitely not worth 4.5 stars on Google. Some of these reviews are definitely fake and are not a true reflection of the experience that we got from this company and also they also not cheap. What is already a stressful experience when buying a house should not be made more and extremely more stressful with convincing solicitors not doing their job properly . PLEASE DO NOT USE.

   Use this company if you want to delay moving homes as much as possible. 1 star is too much. Do not believe the fake positive reviews and I highly recommend reading other bad reviews, seems to be a consistant pattern with bad customer service and slow (they would make a snail jealous) processing. We were first time buyers purchasing an empty home, so zero chain. So you'd like to think it would take 8-12 weeks max? Incorrect! These not so reliable bunch took 6 months, and that was with using every trick in the book to get them moving. This was incredibly stressful for us and confusing to other parties (estate agent, vendor etc.). They seem to forget they're being payed for a service by their customers, but they act like you're a nuisance. We got to a few days before completion and they changed our solicitor. The new solicitor said the previous one hadn't even verified funds.... Craig was the dudes name. You hear horror stories about solicitors but these really take the cake. I am sorry they have my money and I can only now warn others. No solicitor should have bad reviews, these have many. So in closing, if you want to never move into your new house, use these characters.

   Myself and my partner have finalised, exchanged and completed on our first bought home yesterday. With the help of JP Goldman. JP Goldman were very good and very helpful with any questions that we had. And went above and beyond for us to be able to move into our house. Nothing was ever too much.    I recently purchased a property with my wife as first time buyers and were recommended the services of JP Goldman. Although they were slightly more pricier than some of their competitors, I believe you get what you pay for. I had a very positive experience with JP Goldman who were proactive in responding to any of my queries, and were very professional in all of my dealings with them. They have streamlined the process to be as easy as possible - with software integrated with the major banks so a simple link to the bank account was possible instead of having to manually provide bank statements. Jake was helpful in the beginning of the process in laying out exactly what would be required from our side and at what point, and explaining the expected timeline of events that would follow. Later on, Gabby took over the sale in its final stages and was extremely helpful in addressing any queries I had and trying to push along the sale with the seller's solicitor and ensuring everything was in place for the completion date. We did have some issues with the property after completion date, and Gabby was great in helping us address these with the sellers' solicitor immediately, and we managed to resolve these very quickly and without hassle due to Gabby's help. Overall I was very happy with my experience with JP Goldman, hence why I wanted to show my appreciation through a very positive review. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in the Trafford area, and I will definitely use them again in the future should I require these services.

   I recently completed the purchase of my new home with the help of JP Goldman, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. There were a few unexpected delays during the process, but the team handled everything with great professionalism. I was kept informed at every stage and always felt reassured that things were under control. Their clear communication and calm approach made a big difference and helped reduce the stress that can often come with buying a house. A special thank you to Gabby and others for guiding me through the journey with patience and care. I always felt that my best interests were being looked after.    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If you're reading these reviews and considering whether JP Goldman are a good option for you, then I strongly advise you look elsewhere and do not make the same terrible decision as me. I instructed them to take on the fairly simple process of a transfer of equity back at the end of September 2022. After providing them with all the requested paperwork and information the day after it was requested (early October), I have then spent the next 5 months waiting for the process to be completed. In these 5 months I have tried countless times to find out any updates via email only for every attempt to be ignored or a reply stating "someone will be in contact", yet never actually doing so. Its now come to light that after all this time, nothing has been done and even worse, no communication was made with my mortgage lender in the first instance, and now my mortgage offer has expired. I have now had to go through a completely new mortgage application process, costing me more money in fees to my bank to do so. JP Goldman are quick to take your money at the start but don’t seem willing to do any work in return. I had the 'pleasure' of having my case taken on by Allison Kyneston and her 'helpful' administrator Lauren Moscrop but unfortunately it seems the only way to get any form of response from them is pure persistence with emails (10 sent from me over 3 days with one response stating they will be in contact, which didn't happen, and then finally a response informing me I needed to speak to my bank.) All of this has been a particularly stressful experience, with no empathy to the situation whatsoever (relationship breakup and splitting house) and its all down to the sheer negligence of a so-called professional not dealing with case in a fair and professional manner. After expressing my annoyance/frustrations of the whole situation I simply received an email from Allison with no apology but instead stating her manager would be in contact regarding the matter, well that was over 3 weeks ago now and I’m still yet to receive any correspondence from them, so it would seem the lack of care/urgency/professionalism runs through the entire company. Just to put the matter into perspective, I had to resort to instructing a different firm, who resolved the whole matter within one week, crazy what can be done when you actually put your mind to the job you’re being paid to complete. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, BECAUSE THEY WILL ONLY DO THE SAME IN RETURN

The trouble with conveyancing is it only moves as quickly as the slowest party in the chain, but I found JP Goldman to be most efficient, proactive and communicative with our sale and onward purchase.    Found out halfway through a remortgage that we couldnt use the free legals so we were in limbo. Instructed JP Goldman, after getting some quotes. By far the cheapest. Dealt with Christian as the Paralegal, and Allison as the solicitor. Absolutely superb. Looking at some of the bad reviews, i was a little wary but so impressed. Never waited more than an hour for a call back, emails responded too promptly. And from Mortgage Offer, to completion....4 working days. Absolutely no complaints from us and would highly recommend. Dont be put off by a couple of bad reviews as they are more common than people taking the time to leave positive ones. Thanks Allison and Christian
