   Right across from Woking train station, this Costa is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The coffee is consistently delicious, and the pastries are fresh. Staff are friendly and attentive, always greeting customers with a smile. It’s a perfect spot to grab a quick coffee before catching your train.

   Nice welcoming cafe once you arrive Woking.. We stopped by the cafe to enjoy a coffee before exploring the city and was nice as always Costa do. The staff were amazing and friendly.. the coffee is nice with multiple seats available and WC is there for people who need it. Obviously the cafe just in front of the station when you go out towards the city.

   I didn’t catch the name of the lady who served me (brown long hair) 3pm 08/01/25 opposite Woking train station, but the service was exceptional. Fast and efficient with a friendly smile. She also went above and beyond to help when I accidentally left my bag behind. I hope management reads this and praises their staff because great service is not that easily found these days!

   At Cosy Café the staff is friendly and polite with great customer service, good cappuccino. Highly recommend visiting for coffee and food. Avoid the chain stores that don’t care about your custom and don’t pay any taxes. Support your local businesses and charities run by local people.

   Visited this morning before taking the train & had a lovely cortado. Son had a coke zero and a sausage bap, which he said was tasteless. Otherwise, fast, efficient service and clean so v pleased! UPDATE JAN 2023: Visited again by myself and had a lovely cortado. Staff were really friendly and efficient and café and toilets very clean. Best service in town, hence why I'm upgrading to 5 stars!

   The staff smoke right by the front door, making it smell like cigarette smoke. The tables are sticky and just filthy. Maybe have less chats with mates and clean the place better. Not impressed at all.

   Very poor customer service!!! Due to the storm and the trains being stopped completely i decided to go and have a coffee in Costa as it is just next to the train station in Woking where all the trains stopped to warm up and use the toilet as i had to wait for somebody to pick me up in order to get home. I kindly asked for the code for the toilet and explained that i would need the toilet first and then i will order the coffee as there were people at the queue. The girl serving the coffee said at least 4 times “the code is on the receipt!” On a very rude tone! Although i was explaining that i am going to buy a drink anyway i just need the toilet first! She kept repeating the same phrase. I seen 2 other members of staff at a table in front of a laptop, thinking it is management i went and explained the same thing to which i got again the same phrase 4-5 times that the code is on the receipt! I do understand that it is a compliance and it is the policy but really, after 2 hours waiting for a train and deciding to go for a coffee and warm up to get this?! I was told i could use the train station toilet! Of course i could use the train station facilities but i knew i am going to have a coffee in a nice, warm, relaxing place that’s why decided to use the facilities there! This is the worst customer service i got in a while. No empathy, very rude and not professional at all!!! You might have to invest in some good customer service courses and empathy too and if this doesn’t work then you might have to change your recruitment team and if this fails then maybe it is the culture of the company in need of some radical changes…
