This is my first time going to this car garage and they are helpful and very friendly. I took my car in to see about a problem with my clutch and it needed a new clutch so I booked it in for a test and got it fixed the week after at a reasonable price. Would recommend thank you again for fixing my clutch.
Used this garage for years. Darren is always polite, respectful and transparent regarding costs. All the staff I've dealt with are amiable and polite. All work is carried out to high standard. Never had an issue. Take your car here with confidence.
My mum had her car MOT at this garage in May and since then she’s had nothing but problem after problem. 3 weeks ago she had a new starter motor fitted and yesterday whilst trying to start her car the lights on the dashboard started to flicker and the engine wouldn’t start. My mum has a disability and this is severely affecting her not being able to use her car and the stress of not knowing when her car will pack in again. In total she must of spent £600 in the last 3 months. I find this totally unacceptable that she may have to try and find the money from somewhere to get this fixed again. This needs to be resolved asap
We needed an MOT and Whitecroft Garage was easy to book (we booked a couple of weeks in advance). The experience was very good, everything efficient and the communication was also good.
I had my car booked in to change a light bulb. A great place, the mechanics were very polite and I didn't feel made to be a person who knows nothing about cars. The final bill was also a great surprise, in a good way not bad. I will be booking in to have the MOT done soon.
Another fantastic job by Darren and the Team. A DPF fault on my Land rover Discovery Sport. Sorted very quickly and very reasonably. I highly recommend Whitecroft Garage
EVERYTHING IS GREAT! I approached this establishment because of the evaluations and reviews that I had read and the truth is that it has been a very satisfactory experience. Close and qualified treatment by Mr. Darren who has made an effort with the translation of the language, since we are a Spanish couple with very poor spoken English. He even spoke a few words in Spanish haha, he's lovely! We have received excellent support and maintenance of our vehicle that assesses what you need and advises you in the best way. In fact, we thought he was the head of the workshop because he gets involved with the customer as if he were. It's nice to find professionals who take good care of you. It has a very professional and attentive team, so it will be our future trusted garage. Ana y Juan.
