I would advise anyone who is wishing to buy or sell a property to avoid this solicitors at all costs. If you want someone who never responds to emails, doesn't return telephone calls and generally does very little and can be quite rude then Martin Cohen is your man otherwise leave well alone.
If it was possible to put half a star i would. Had the most rude and un- positive experience of buying my house. even the sellers solicitor i was purchasing from said on numerous times how rude Martin was. i had a few rudely worded emails from Martin very unprofessional would never use or recommend them again.
Absolutely shocking service. They had my house deeds after the fell through I went to pick them up and they refused to hand they over, even though I had the receipt and ID. They lied to me saying they had returned my house deeds to my solicitor and actually gave me the date of postage. Only to find out weeks later they had not posted them and were never going to. I had to call in person again to pick them up in the end Very unprofessional.
